Stable product but hard to integrate
Adobe Connect is not bad for connecting and integrating for remote connecting and video streaming. I think it was not bad, actually.  I don't integrate it in my project. Some other guys work on that. But I think they had some sort of problems with integration with that product. But, they managed to…

Reliable remote access has improved secure collaboration and streamlined daily approvals
The best features TeamViewer Business offers in my opinion are collaboration, templates, a high level of security, and session recording. Collaboration allows me to collaborate remotely with my team members. Besides reconnecting automatically, it provides a high level of security, protecting from cyber attacks and aids in providing assurance in regulated environments through two-factor authentication and end-to-end encryption features. It also allows recording live sessions, which can be replayed as needed for future reference. TeamViewer Business has positively impacted my organization as collaboration has enhanced, especially remote collaboration by 60 to 70 percent. I have been able to collaborate with clients and other team members seamlessly. Enhanced workflow efficiency includes faster approvals and a lowered risk of data loss, misuse, and leak through robust features like two-factor authentication and end-to-end encryption. It also facilitates compliance using documentation and auditing through recordings and logs.

Pros

"It is straightforward to set up."
"I like Adobe Connect because of its flexibility."
"Connect helped us move away from WebEx and use a tool more suitable for learning."
"It is a stable product."
"Screen share and document share are good features."
"We have a lot of people using the product, board members and senior staff and we also have support staff running the meetings."
"I like Adobe Connect because of its flexibility."
"Now our students can complete their required training in less time and make the organization more productive, as they are able to much more quickly apply what they have learned and make immediate use of it in their projects and with their teams more effectively."
"Before TeamViewer, our remote personnel had to rely on taped video training, but now they get one-on-one training as I walk them through things on their computers."
"TeamViewer is useful for accessing data and systems remotely, and using this application, I can access other computers using an ID number that I provide to the users whose laptop I would like to access."
"It's pretty easy to use. Just key in an ID and password and connect. For meetings, just enter the meeting ID and connect."
"Unattended access with single login."
"The most valuable feature of TeamViewer is user-friendliness."
"TeamViewer has positively impacted my organization by improving the way our team communicates and enhancing our efficiency."
"Quicker and easier to connect to our customers’ PCs to resolve software issues."
"The dashboards they have are good."

Cons

"I think that both the interface and the layout options, the ability to organize the different components for an online meeting on your screen, could be improved."
"It needs faster and easier upgrades."
"The troubleshooting process for Adobe Connect could be improved."
"Other solutions have more marketing and more visibility. Nobody knows Adobe Connect exists."
"We encounter issues while connecting headphones via Bluetooth. This particular area needs improvement."
"We would like to see support for exportable files that have been uploaded into Adobe Connect as templates for activities."
"The price is a problem."
"The solution is quite expensive. In Brazil, Connect is only for obtaining international standards for international companies."
"It becomes complicated to switch from one monitor to another for different windows."
"I would like to see TeamViewer support multiple platforms."
"The price is a killer for the amount I normally use it."
"TeamViewer is expensive, and you get a limited number of connections for your money."
"Considering the earlier versions of the product, I think TeamViewer used to slow down the systems."
"The stability of TeamViewer is good, but it could be better."
"If I were to put myself in the seat of a small business owner, I would prefer TeamViewer to be more of a pay-once-and-own-it solution, rather than paying via a subscription model."
"I would like it to have the ability to stay connected for longer times."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It is expensive."
"The purchasing process is complicated. It would be beneficial if it were more simplified."
"Adobe Connect is free of cost."
"I rate pricing a ten on a scale from one to ten, where one is low and ten is high. There are no additional costs attached to the licensing of the solution."
"We use the free version of TeamViewer."
"TeamViewer pricing is reasonable... The simultaneous controller licensing model of TeamViewer - compared to LogMeIn’s controlled Host licensing model - seems to benefit us so far. We’re currently saving about 30 percent on licensing cost... The savings from licensing have been eaten up by the soft costs involved in dealing with and working around TeamViewer’s deficiencies in allowing granular control by multiple controllers, and the issues with the various settings that are missing on the macOS Host."
"We are not using the solution for commercial use therefore it is free to use."
"The price of the license could be less expensive."
"TeamViewer was willing to give us a one-year package. Whereas, a lot of the other companies that we explored were paid by the month or quarter. It's just easier for our finance people at the college if we can make a one-time yearly payment."
"...it will cost you $1,500 to $1,600 a year, but when I think of how much work I do through TeamViewer..."
"We have an annual subscription that is just under $1,900 with no additional costs. We get these promotions about upgrades and stuff like that, but we haven't had a need to add more seats. Users can also use TeamViewer for home use with a non-commercial free license."
