We use Citrix Workspace to virtualize applications and desktops.

One of the best features of Citrix Workspace is that we can access it from any device anywhere. The solution is very user-friendly.

We are Citrix administrators, responsible for configuring everything for the users in our company. We manage Citrix Workforce, addressing any issues or errors that arise along with all configurations and fixes.

In terms of Citrix Workforce features, the most valuable for managing our remote workforce is security, especially AppProtect. Users cannot simply copy and paste data to their local devices. This prevents data breaches, as data can't be copied to OneDrive or Google Drive. Screenshots from local PCs are also blocked, though data can still be manually copied using a phone.

The control over device accessibility is very useful and secure. Citrix Workforce includes MFA and McAfee, which makes it easier to identify who is accessing the VDI. Without MFA, we wouldn't know if the person accessing is authorized, especially from remote locations like Chicago.

Managing Citrix Workforce is also easier due to its user-friendly interface, which is straightforward and intuitive. This has significantly enhanced productivity in our industry.

Main functions as a call center and also evaluates our Tender evaluations. We utilize a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to enhance security. Currently, we have another solution in place.

The security layer is very high because I cannot copy-paste outside of the VDI. Screenshots are not possible, as everything will appear black. Within the VDI, users are focused on their specific tasks. 

It is a lightweight application that incorporates multi-factor authentication. It allows contact centers to work from home, using the VDI for application access while ensuring the person accessing the machine is the one doing the work. The security layer is robust, preventing copy-pasting outside the VDI or screenshotting.

We were used to working on different proposals and implementations from Citrix through the GSI partnership.

It integrates various tools and features into a single platform. It offers enhanced user experience, productivity tools, VDI, and virtualized applications. This unified platform provides a single pane of glass, allowing management and control.

Remote work has been enhanced. Citrix Workspace and Virtual Desktops offer various features, including persistent and non-persistent environments, allowing different user personas to access their work environment efficiently. These solutions enhance the user experience, especially for remote work, which significantly improved during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Citrix has integrated many enhancements into its products. Applications can be provisioned through published or streamed apps via Citrix Virtual Desktops. 

I use it for VDI; it's a virtual desktop community.

I use the solution in my company for hybrid users and support.

The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the convenience and the ease of setup the tool provides.

The tool supports remote work, allowing users to access apps and data from anywhere with the same speed as if they were in the office.

The most beneficial feature is seamless remote access, particularly for applications rather than full endpoints. Security features include full data encryption and integrated SSL VPN through NetScaler for secure access.
