Helps in creating web pages efficiently and has a simple setup process
Summary
I use Sitecore Digital Marketing System to develop and manage websites effortlessly, appreciating its ease in creating web pages. However, it sometimes operates slowly, and reloading collapses the site structure, which could benefit from an auto-reopen feature.

"
Cons
"In a few scenarios, Sitecore DMS works slowly."
What is our primary use case?
We use the product to develop and manage the websites.
What is most valuable?
The platform’s most valuable feature is the ability to create web pages with ease.
What needs improvement?
In a few scenarios, Sitecore DMS works slowly. Whenever we reload the site, the tree structure collapses. There could be a feature that allows reopening the same structure automatically.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using Sitecore Digital Marketing System for two or three years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The platform might have a few bugs. However, the developer can eliminate those by enhancing out-of-the-box features.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We have around 50 members including architects and developers using Sitecore Digital Marketing System in our organization. It is a scalable platform.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We use other products including Drupal and other platforms.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is easy for the present version. It requires completing basic prerequisites such as creating SQL server databases.
What other advice do I have?
We can provide access to specific authors and developers to particular DMS. It is complicated to integrate Sitecore with existing technologies. However, it is not that difficult to learn.
I advise others to make a purchase decision depending on the particular use cases. It is suitable for hosting basic websites without e-commerce plugins. I rate it an eight out of ten.

On-premises
