Our customer faced a significant challenge with spam, leading to increased expenses. There is room for improvement in the management of multiple domains. Enhancing this aspect to better meet the diverse needs of our customers would be beneficial. After four years, they should offer a replacement with a new hardware appliance, providing upgraded equipment and ensuring continued performance.

The implementation typically requires half a day, while the integration process and policy creation take approximately one to two days.

The regular pricing was initially very reasonable, but three years ago, Barracuda revised their price list and SKUs, resulting in a significant doubling of the standard prices. After the modification, the renewal costs for their products skyrocketed. To illustrate, a customer who initially purchased a direct email security product for $50,000 could now face a renewal price exceeding $60,000 after three years due to the altered pricing structure. This change has presented challenges for customers, leading to a notable increase in overall expenses during the renewal process.

Aside from the pricing, it is a very good solution. I would rate it ten out of ten.

PowerDMARC can prevent fraud and fake invoices. It also prevents MITM attacks, safeguarding your domain reputation from damage. It also protects against domain impersonation. The tool stands out significantly from other DMARC solutions by providing extensive and in-depth analysis through its portal, which is user-friendly. It thoroughly inspects emails sent on behalf of a specific domain, enabling straightforward remedial actions to be taken directly from the PowerDMARC portal without complexities.

Moreover, it offers a hosted SPS feature, allowing seamless integration with your SPS and performing Lookups flattening. Typically, the standard Lookups count is ten, but with the PowerSPF feature and Lookups flattening, PowerDMARC can exceed this limit, offering enhanced security beyond ten Lookups. 

PowerDMARC offers various features, such as hosted SPAF and services, allowing you to enable TLS reports. It also ensures all outgoing emails from the domain have TLS encryption. The platform also facilitates the enablement of MTA-STS with a straightforward process included in the package, supporting BIMI configuration. Additionally, users can upload their organization's logo to the portal. When recipients receive emails from your domain, they will see your domain's logo, providing more legitimacy to the email and allowing recipients to verify its authenticity through the logo, a feature known as BIMI. One significant aspect is the 24/7 support provided throughout the year for domain-related issues, ensuring continuous managed services. The tool alerts you if anyone attempts to spoof your domain and send emails on behalf of your organization. Remedial actions can be taken directly from the portal.

PowerDMARC is a user-friendly solution. You don't need detailed technical knowledge to take remedial actions based on the detections. Therefore, all kinds of issues related to PowerDMARC can be remediated from the portal, even if you don't know much about the technology.

You will receive reports in both CSV and PDF formats, and they are highly detailed. These reports contain comprehensive information, even amidst a multitude of graphical representations. You can discern the strength of your outgoing email domain through the visualized graphical format. This includes insights into the number of emails that have received DMARC complaints and those leaving your domain without proper DMARC authentication. All these intricate details are accessible within the report

If the domain look-alike attack can be effectively addressed, it would significantly enhance security measures. These types of domain look-alikes are generated by targeting specific operating sessions. Improving detection in this area would greatly benefit users.

Additionally, TLS reporting capability could be improved. By utilizing encryption, it can offer a more user-friendly experience. Including visual aids like pie charts or graphs would significantly enhance its usability.

I have been using PowerDMARC as a partner for more than two years.

The product is stable.

The solution is scalable. Over 100 users are using the solution in my organization.

Technical support is good.

The deployment process of PowerDMARC is straightforward. Once the system is onboarded, all that is required is to publish and identify existing PowerDMARC entries in the DNS portal. Upon placing the email flow under strict control, minor adjustments can be made with the support team's assistance. Initially, I needed guidance on this from the DNS portal. After updating the DNS portal, the organization's data is securely transmitted and integrated into the PowerDMARC portal. 

From there, one can easily monitor all outgoing email traffic, identifying emails sent via SMTP relays to the organization's audience. By configuring the PowerDMARC policy to reject, undesired emails from external sources are promptly declined by recipient servers. This process eliminates various types of attacks within two to three weeks. It has an AI-powered backend engine. Thanks to its AI-powered backend engine, the portal efficiently handles analysis for any number of domains and sending sources. It provides detailed insights into email traffic, offering granular information

If you have technical knowledge, you can manage certain tasks yourself. However, the support team can always guide you on performing actions, configuring settings, or enhancing your setup. They provide essential information and assistance. Once the onboarding process is completed, you can rest assured that the support team will handle all detections and policy changes, ensuring you don't need to worry about any aspect.

PowerDMARC is highly competitive based on its pricing and its exceptional features.

Many hesitate to implement the tool because legitimate emails might be rejected by recipient servers. However, this hassle is mitigated during the onboarding process of PowerDMARC policies.

When considering a policy change, deploying PowerDMARC typically takes three to six months. The solution also offers the flexibility to adjust policies within two weeks after analysis. The system's engine efficiently detects and analyzes traffic, providing recommendations to transition policies from monitoring to release state. Its speed is truly impressive.
