We have very little to do with the solution's maintenance. Since it's an online software as a service (SaaS) platform, Google deals with all the maintenance, and we don't need to worry about it. We've got Microsoft 365, Firefly, and Google. It would be nice if that were all in one platform or integrated much more easily so that the look and feel was one single platform. Users should make sure they have done their planning properly. Users should not think they'll be able to just switch it on and it will all work. You do need to plan it and plan it carefully and properly. Overall, I rate Google Classroom a nine out of ten.

It is a scalable solution. Around 150 people in my organization use the solution. Around 150 people in my organization use the solution. Depending on a situation or purpose, everybody in my company uses the solution since it is installed in their systems. Only those who are not required to use the product will not use it, but I am sure that at least 150 people in my organization use the solution. If there is a need to use the product and if it is already available on your system, you just need to load it and use it whenever required.

The product's initial setup phase was easy. The deployment process was not an issue since the product was easy to access. The students in our institution used to get a link from our faculty or module coordinator for Google Classroom, after which we used to access the platform. There is a Google Classroom code to deal with privacy issues, which allows the students to access different modules, which was an easy process. I never found the aforementioned steps hard since I could get access to Google Classroom via my Google ID and Gmail. It is really easy to use the tool by clicking on the link for Google Classroom. The solution is deployed on an on-premises model.
