When it comes to USA contacts, it can be challenging. Some Apollo.io numbers are incorrect, especially when cold calling. The numbers often go unanswered, and when someone does answer, it's frequently not the correct person. We encountered these issues mainly in the USA and UK regions, particularly when targeting EdTech companies. However, when running a campaign in Australia, most of our cold calls were answered successfully. I believe they need to update their data in the USA and UK regions. Some of the data is outdated, and updating it would significantly improve the service. We can't afford to target the wrong person with incorrect information. The interface is very easy to use, and they normally update it twice a month, which is good. However, they should focus on updating their data instantly rather than maintaining outdated information.

There was an issue with Apollo.io earlier this year or sometime last year when there was a breach regarding its use on LinkedIn, and many people were unhappy about it. They were actually removed from LinkedIn, if I'm not mistaken. I want to ensure that the information I'm getting is something I can verify because I receive questions from prospects or clients asking where I got their number, and when I mention it's coming from a scraping tool from Apollo.io, they are not happy with it.
They should provide a larger number of free emails. Currently, if I need to obtain 500 or 1000 emails, it would be beneficial. However, it is not feasible for the Apollo team to provide this additional information for free. But if this aspect could be improved, it would greatly benefit users like myself.
What's missing in Apollo.io is a proper CRM and pipeline management system. The tool is excellent at finding contact information, but it has room for improvement in sending emails and tracking the sales pipeline. You can integrate Apollo.io with other tools, such as HubSpot, but I'm looking for CRM and pipeline management functions within the tool. I want all functionalities available and organized within Apollo.io rather than needing to integrate it with other solutions and enjoy better pipeline management and CRM functions.

Sometimes we get the wrong information on Apollo. They should improve the emails because we are connecting all the emails and logging on to Apollo.io.
