The users can use it for various things, obviously for ITSM, but also for enterprise service management, facilities, HR, supply chain, and many other organizational functions, not just IT.
The multi-tenancy architecture, both in terms of functionality and reporting, is the best feature. It is a really well-thought, designed, and developed part of this product.
We're still biased towards our previous, more mature product. 4me still needs to reach that level of maturity. However, for most users, the product will do what they need.
It's only when you have mature service management processes and need deeper integrations at the process level that you might encounter some limitations. But for less mature needs, 4me works well.
We recently started working with 4me. So, I'm fairly new to 4me. We signed up as implementation partners for them.
The platform is very stable.
It is scalable. We just became implementation partners. One of our customers, our managed services company, has their customers using the platform.
We've worked with some of the technical staff, and they're excellent. They're experts in their own right and come from various service management backgrounds. The ones I've worked with have been great.

We used a more mature product. We didn't really switch. We found a different market segment we can address for me that we couldn't address with Marval. Marval's cloud is still immature, whereas, for 4me, the cloud is very good. It is a cloud solution. Marval is strong on-premise.
Although you can do multi-tenancy with Marval, the need wasn't high because it was an on-premise solution. So, we found for me as a complementary product to our basket because it addresses a different market segment.
The initial setup is easy because it's a cloud solution. There's some setup, like account settings, but the best part of the 4me platform is its well-designed multi-tenancy architecture.
It's not a very cheap product, but not a very expensive one either. The competitors are certainly more expensive. Considering the bundled functionality in your license, it outperforms many competitors at the price level.
The licensing costs on the website are about $60 for pay-as-you-go. And then it decreases based on volume discounts or something.
I would definitely recommend using this product. The good thing about 4me is its out-of-the-box functionality with minimal configuration and no-code deployment. Your time to go live is very short and painless, and the training is excellent, with online video training that can get you up and running quickly. This saves you money in deployment fees and allows you to unlock the value of the solution much earlier.
Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.
4me is not limited to managing IT environments, it also serves as a comprehensive ESM platform. It can be utilized to handle a wide range of functions, including HR, logistics, and virtually any other service or process an organization needs to manage. It is a versatile solution that can adapt to various service management needs beyond IT.
It offers a comprehensive set of features without requiring additional payments for each feature. The core IT team solution comes with all the essential functionalities, which is highly beneficial. Among these features, workflow management stands out as particularly important to me.
One area where I believe there's room for improvement in the 4me system is the absence of an asset discovery tool. While it does offer integration options with external tools for this purpose, it would be highly advantageous if it either developed its own asset discovery tool or incorporated an existing one directly into the platform.
I have been working with it for four years now.
When it comes to stability, it offers exceptional stability features. I've had experience with other products where weekend support calls were quite common. Since I started using 4me, my weekends have remained uninterrupted, and I haven't had to deal with support calls during that time. I would rate it ten out of ten.
Regarding scalability, 4me is excellent. Unlike some other systems that tend to slow down as they scale, 4me, being a SaaS product, doesn't face such limitations. It can auto-scale effectively. To give you an idea of its scalability, I have more than twelve clients using it, with a total of well over three thousand users per month. These users span various organizations, and my largest customer has around five hundred and fifty licenses per month, serving approximately fifty thousand employees. I would rate its scalability capabilities ten out of ten.
The technical support provided is highly commendable. Their support team is exceptionally knowledgeable, and I haven't encountered any significant issues with them. In terms of the fundamental aspects of support, such as how they handle support requests, they excel and consistently provide a high level of service. I would rate it nine out of ten.

The initial setup is truly outstanding, and I would give it a rating of ten out of ten. It's remarkably easy and quick to implement compared to products like IBM or certain antivirus solutions. While those products can take several months to set up, 4me can typically be implemented within just a week.
The deployment duration can vary based on the complexity, size, and specific requirements of each customer. For smaller customers, typically with fewer than fifty users, the deployment can be completed in approximately twenty days. However, for larger customers with over two hundred users, the deployment process may extend to two to three months. The process generally begins with workshops to define requirements, followed by template creation, foundation data input, and the establishment of the service catalog. Subsequently, request and workflow templates are configured to enhance the service catalog. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is conducted, followed by training sessions. The final stages include pre-go-live preparations, data migration to the production environment, and the actual go-live event. Post-go-live support and maintenance follow afterward.
It is a very affordable solution, with pricing varying somewhat from one country to another. On average, it typically costs around $45 per user per month. This pricing falls on the lower end of the spectrum, making it a cost-effective option. There are no additional fees for any of the features in 4me; the pricing is all-inclusive and fixed. I would rate it two out of ten.
My advice would be to place a strong emphasis on enhancing your service catalog and consider improving your services by implementing functional workflows. Overall, I would rate it eight out of ten.

The scalability of 4me is good.
Our client has approximately 250 IT, and HR users.
We had interaction with technical support through the reseller. The reseller deals directly with the OEM. The process is very fast, it's excellent.
I have also worked with BMC Helix ITSM.
If you don't want to do complex integrations and workflow automation, I believe 4me is the tool to use.
When compared to BMC Helix ITSM, the 4me setup is much simpler and less complicated.
I would rate them a four out of five.
It is easy to configure, and easy to deploy everything.
It is dependent on the client's access and the availability of resources. You should be able to finish it in two to three weeks.
4me has the best price. It is the most affordable because it is priced per month per user.
BMC Helix doesn't have it, and if you don't use your license, they usually don't reserve it for another month, you can use 4me to manipulate your licenses however you want.
4me has a flexible licensing model.
I would rate the pricing a three and a half out of five.
