The product allows users to create multiple development environments. I'm satisfied with the performance and the user-friendliness of the solution. Our clients are also happy. Hosting Drupal is very good in Pantheon.

I rate the product’s stability a nine out of ten.

I rate the tool’s scalability an eight out of ten. Four or five people in my organization use the solution for development purposes. We also use the product for many clients, including government entities. We develop upstream and deploy it using Pantheon.
How are customer service and support?
There was an upgrade in the solution. After that, we faced some issues, but the support team helped us very much. We are satisfied with the support.

The initial setup is easy. We can set it up very easily. The deployment takes 30 minutes to an hour.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Most clients prefer other custom servers because of Pantheon’s high cost.
What other advice do I have?
We are a software development company. We recommend solutions to our clients, but they ask us to compare it with other solutions. Clients compare the monthly costs of Pantheon with other servers and ask us to create the same environment in dedicated servers. If Pantheon reduces its cost, we can confidently suggest it to clients. Overall, I rate the tool a seven out of ten.
