Sharepoint 2010 on Windows server 2012r2-24x7 has positively impacted my organization by improving collaboration, especially through remote collaboration due to the use of a mobile application. Security posture in my organization has really improved due to the robust security features of Sharepoint 2010 on Windows server 2012r2-24x7. Furthermore, it can be accessed from anywhere, making collaboration easy. Some of the best features Sharepoint 2010 on Windows server 2012r2-24x7 offers are in-built Office suite, works just from any browser, cloud-based, no additional app download is required, alerts and notifications are on par, version control to view any changes made, and access control over any file or folder. The mobile application and remote collaboration features helped my team improve collaboration and also increased our security posture after we implemented Sharepoint 2010 on Windows server 2012r2-24x7 in all our organization departments.

Cost visibility has improved and ongoing usage reveals several areas that still need refinement

One thing about Vantage Cloud Cost Platform is that some of the data they need to report includes custom routes. Vantage Cloud Cost Platform should also provide integration for monitoring the data. A more generic API would be needed and lower cost with Vantage Cloud Cost Platform, as right now it is costing me a few dollars a day without any usage. If the hit to the APIs can be reduced and you get a small amount, that should be sufficient. There are many improvements that need to be made, and that is why I gave a rating of six and not ten, as it is a long path for the business. Currently, it is on the POC part with Vantage Cloud Cost Platform. In terms of money, it offers consolidated billing and ensures that what we are exactly spending is included, so it helps to save money. However, since I have not been able to use it for long, I cannot share the exact number or percentage. I am using Vantage Cloud Cost Platform as it offers free integration till 100K users. Right now, except for the cost, they are billing in other services.
