Centralizes HR workflows and has transformed how I manage performance and daily tasks
Regarding Keka Performance's AI capabilities, its accuracy and reliability of output are good. Time-to-time trainings have been provided by the Keka team, and Keka conducts big seminars that share updates to our HR, which are then conveyed to us. Keka Performance has positively impacted my organization because initially, we had a manual HR process through a very small platform, and after launching Keka to our company, it has been a very smooth process for us and the process has also been escalated. The process became smoother with Keka Performance mainly because I have saved time. Initially, the platform we used had many manual questions that needed to be written manually, and one-to-one meetings went for long. However, with objectives and performance metrics, and the answers given by the employee, it is very easy for us to manage the performance cycle along with our tasks. The part of Keka Performance cycle I find most valuable is that we add objectives to our performances, and equal weightage or respective weightage has been assigned to each objective, which can be updated on a daily or weekly basis. Performances are usually monitored by the end of the quarter, and I think that is the best part.

Provides unified access to multiple HR functions and reduces navigation effort
I am generally satisfied with the talent management capabilities in Oracle HCM Cloud, but as I mentioned, there are certain pages that really lag sometimes and there are a lot of bugs in talent management. Before, when it had a responsive UI, it was fine, but after it switched to Redwood, I feel there are bugs, and the functionality stated in the documents is not accurate. It takes some time to get that feature, and we need to raise product SR or ask in the community how it works. It's not easily understandable, especially in the talent management area. One potential area of improvement for Oracle HCM Cloud is that it lags. It takes time to reflect the pages, and the loading time now requires us to wait for the page to load. Earlier, we used to click and see the page immediately. However, now we need to wait for it to get loaded, which can be frustrating when working in a fast mode.

Pros

"My advice for others looking into using Keka Performance is that if anyone is looking for a platform that has all the capabilities, whether it be performance, HR, or admin, Keka Performance is an all-in-one platform."
"The interface is good."
"It's highly stable because the system is totally managed by Oracle, Oracle provides 99.9% availability for the system uptime."
"The UI has helped us decrease the cost of training our users to use different aspects of the system, as it is very modern and has aspects that the users are familiar with from other sites, like Amazon or Apple, so the tool is very simple for them."
"Oracle HCM Cloud offers subscription based services to system that includes web based interface, and mobile and ipad application."
"The initial setup or implementation process of the solution is fine. The deployment process took place in two days. So, once one has the runbook and everything in place, it is not that difficult."
"The most valuable feature of Oracle HCM Cloud is the dashboards, customization, and configuration."
"Oracle HCM Cloud is a stable solution."
"It is very user-friendly, and most of the UI is very intuitive so you don't need to follow a course to use it, with one single UI regardless of your roles so you don't have to log into separate applications depending on whether you're HR or just a normal employee."
"Absence management, self-release, self-service, and raising help desk issues are particularly valuable."

Cons

"I think Keka Performance can be improved by adding a live chatbot to it, which would be useful when someone new is using Keka Performance."

"From the feedback that I get, the functional side of the payroll could be improved."
"The cost of Oracle HCM Cloud is high, it could be reduced."
"The compensation module needs further automation."
"The product needs to keep improving the integration tools and the tools to load the data - that whole mechanism - in order to allow for flexibility in the configuration."
"Sometimes implementation documentation is a bit behind."
"Although the performance management is good, it could be improved as its functionality is quite basic."
"There needs to be familiarity mixed in with novelty."
"What's not working that well at the moment is the information flow between the different HR modules. This can be improved by Oracle."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It would be good if the product were cheaper."
"Oracle HCM Cloud is pricey, but price-wise, it's now more competitive than in the past year. Here in Central Europe, people also look at the pricing, but Central Europe falls under the UAE and Abu Dhabi in terms of headquarters, management, and strategy, but those states don't care too much about the pricing. Pricing is a significant factor in choosing a solution. In the past, Oracle HCM Cloud was compared to the SAP solution, the largest competitor and up to thirty percent higher in price. Now, Oracle HCM Cloud has a price increase of five to ten percent, which could be pricier than SAP now, but it's a more competitive product nowadays and comparable to SAP."
"The cost of Oracle HCM Cloud is high, it could be reduced. There is an annual subscription and it is user-based."
"The solution’s pricing is high."
"The solution is quite expensive for small and medium-sized companies."
"On average, it's not a cheap solution."
"On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a five out of ten."
"The contract for one of them will be extended for three years and for another one for two years. One of them is paying monthly, and another one is paying per quarter. I don't know about the third one. So, it differs."
"I cannot comment on the cost, as this is handled by a different team."
