The web builder is not a drag-and-drop system and is somewhat limited. If one wants to create something visually appealing, it often requires the use of a designer program before implementing it in Kajabi. Additionally, it lacks a Helpdesk feature, and for users needing help, you have to integrate with external software. The statistics they offer are limited to login and logout times without providing detailed user engagement insights.

An easy-to-use and responsive solution that can be used for creating e-learnings and micro-learnings
Rise should offer more interactive features because they are limited. Articulate is trying to keep the solution as responsive as possible. If I want any advanced interactivity, I have to create something within Rise's sister product, Storyline, and then import it into Rise, which can be difficult at times. The solution should include more variety in the integration of the elements such as text and video and text and image. The solution should include more options for creating tables, charts, and graphs. The solution should include more variety in the integration of the elements such as text and video and text and image.
