Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
"It's a pretty robust product.""The solution is stable, we have not had any glitches or problems.""The most valuable features are the Excel activities. It has a number of Excel activities that are quite reliable.""We recommend different solutions based on our customers' needs, and WorkFusion is what we offer for those who need a premium solution.""We have seen Workfusion improve on accuracy and compliance... With the Workfusion model, we reduce human error and the need for further QC. We switch more to a QA process where we're testing whether the model is effective.""It really does help by either freeing up people's time to focus on more value-added tasks or reducing headcount. We generally have other things that we can get people to do, helping make the employees' work more meaningful since they are not having to do the mundane stuff.""WorkFusion helps by speeding up processes. The process takes time. It has business costs associated because there are people waiting to take the next steps in the process. The end result of waiting, whether it is an internal or external team, is that they are delayed. Therefore, it helps us in speeding up business processes and improving employee morale, as people don't have to do repetitive work anymore.""We need to analyze documents in order to understand them. We don't need to dedicate much time to this because WorkFusion's machine learning capabilities are very good. We can easily extract information and classify these documents. The document processing engine is very important to our organization because it is the center for many use cases, as we need to control the information contained in documents."

"The drag and drop feature, which is no code, is very useful for me because I am not a technical person. It is very user-friendly.""The most valuable feature is the price."

More ElectroNeek Pros →

"What I liked more about HyperScience was the quality of the OCR it is a lot better compared to Google.""Has algorithms that can detect a document template even if the image has a lot of distortions.""One of the most valuable features of HyperScience is the user-training module. Whenever the extraction takes place, based on the way we have trained HyperScience, it would give us some success status or a certain confidence level. If the solution has processed something that it determined was not extracted correctly it will queue those items for manual review.""We have seen pretty good accuracy.""I like that compared to other tools, HyperScience works best with handwritten documents."

More HyperScience Pros →

"There is enhanced functionality I would like to see, things that would further enhance the user experience, deliver greater efficiencies, and further mitigate risk.""This is a Java-based application that takes up a lot of space and when it runs, consumes a lot of memory. This affects the reliability because it gets to a point where it hangs.""The user experience could be better both from an RPA perspective and from a business perspective.""The solution is not user-friendly, this is something they should improve.""One thing we didn't like was their OCR solution. We felt it's somewhat inefficient.""We had some issues in the past, but it is fairly stable now. From what I hear, it is more stable in the later versions. With version 10.1.4, there were some issues relating to load distribution. However, it is good now.""It is difficult for non-technical users to use WorkFusion. If we really want to build automation, we definitely need Java developers. Their RPA is not for non-technical people. If I look at competing products, like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or even Power Automate, a non-technical person can build basic automations and deploy them. Since non-technical people can easily build basic automations, they can be deployed in no time. With WorkFusion, there isn't a similar feature that works well. One needs to write code from scratch to build automation. That is definitely a deterrent if we really want to do quick, dirty automation. I would not rate WorkFusion very high on their no-code, low-code paradigm. In this area, I would definitely expect them to improve.""We have had some problems in the past with the Inspector tool that looks at the elements on the screen. Replacing it or improving it is needed."

More WorkFusion Cons →

"It's not applicable to very large enterprises and for difficult work or more complex processes.""Its price could definitely be lower."

More ElectroNeek Cons →

"The solution lacks support for a greater range of languages.""They could work on the price and make it a bit more reasonable.""The product's usability could be better. The first pain point is that we're getting the output in a different format, and we were expecting a different timetable. The second point is that if you want better results, HyperScience says you have to configure a minimal PDF or a maximum of 400 PDFs. If you want results with 400 PDFs for what's written by these doctors, then you also configure the maximum of 400 templates for that. So, it's essentially a lack of support from HyperScience. In the next release, it would be better if failure scenarios were reduced. It would also help if they offered different formats, inputs or injections, and added different scenarios.""No solution is perfect and there are several different scenarios that could be improved in HyperScience. One area is where there are multiple tables in the same form I have seen HyperScience struggle. There is some issue with supporting the extraction from multiple tables involved on the same form. If this could improve, it would be a big benefit.""HyperScience could improve the unstructured data extraction feature."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "I can't speak to pricing. It's a contract signed by upper management."
  • "We are on an annual contract to use the solution."
  • "My client is using RPA Express, which is available for them to use free of charge."
  • "One upgrade took a year to do, from the first server being built to the last bot being migrated. This was because we had to migrate all our existing bots. This is the same process and time frame that we are expecting towards the upcoming upgrade. I will end up spending half a million dollars to do an upgrade."
  • "The solution was not the cheapest, but it was also not the most expensive. Workfusion was very open to negotiating pricing and to working within the objectives of our firm."
  • "As a first-time customer who wants to engage with WorkFusion, not working for my company, then I would want to do a PoC. The cost is prohibitive because they will ask me to get infrastructure with six or seven servers. Then, you must buy a WorkFusion license to do a PoC, which is expensive. I would then have to set up a team to build the PoC and see the benefits. That is very prohibitive."
  • "We have a good deal from WorkFusion. We have an unlimited global licensing deal with WorkFusion. For us, it is a no-worry solution. We can go ahead and use it as much as possible anywhere we need it. If WorkFusion has a different kind of a deal for licensing with others, then their business decisions need to be evaluated based on that."
  • "The overall cost could come down a bit in terms of maintaining the servers. Because it can handle complicated things in big use cases, the infrastructure is also correspondingly big. It would be nice to bring that cost down."

  • "It's very affordable and the licensing is billed on a yearly basis."
  • "Its price could definitely be lower. Its licensing is on a yearly basis. There is no additional cost to the standard licensing fees."

  • "I think HyperScience is cheaper when compared to other tools. They also have a lifetime licensing option."

HyperScience is a cloud-based input-to-output platform that automates document-based workflows and extracts data for analysis from both physical and digital documents.

The HyperScience platform simply integrates with your current business systems thanks to an open API, an intuitive UI, and pre-trained models, resulting in a totally automated digital workflow.

The classic scanning paradigm has been reimagined by HyperScience; it has replaced the need for human verification with intelligent technology that learns as it goes. The solution automates previously manual operations using a simple model-based solution or from the ground up, saving time and resources that can be redirected to more strategic efforts. The platform has a minimum accuracy of 75% when it is first installed, but it can exceed 99% accuracy in a matter of weeks.

With out-of-the-box and customizable tasks, workflows, and connectors, the solution automatically connects into your document workflows. HyperScience, which is powered by industry-leading machine learning, makes it simple to get from input to actionable data.

    HyperScience Benefits

There are many benefits to implementing HyperScience. Some of the biggest advantages the solution offers include:

    • Automation: With automation, users can save 89% of the time they would have spent doing things the old way. Businesses are able to save money in this way.
    • Risk mitigation: The number of human errors can decrease by 67%. Users can benefit from straight-through processing at 94% with 99% data accuracy.

    • Human supervision: HyperScience equips humans with a streamlined task queue and easy-to-use interface designed to empower your teams, not slow them down.

    Reviews from Real Users

HyperScience stands out among its competitors for a number of reasons. Two major ones are its robust user-training module and its accuracy with handwritten documents. PeerSpot users take note of the advantages of these features in their reviews:

One PeerSpot reviewer, a Lead Analyst at a financial services firm, writes, “One of the most valuable features of HyperScience is the user-training module. Whenever the extraction takes place, based on the way we have trained HyperScience, it would give us some success status or a certain confidence level. If the solution has processed something that it determined was not extracted correctly it will queue those items for manual review.”

Yogesh S., OCR Developer at a tech vendor, notes of the solution, “I like that compared to other tools, HyperScience works best with handwritten documents.” He adds, “We're automating invoices and some handwritten filled-out documents. We can automate with accuracy, and even though we used HyperScience initially for selling purposes and as a comparison tool, we're now getting these results with HyperScience.”
