"The product is stable."
"We can do both server and endpoint protection."
"This is the number one product for privilege account security."
"CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) 's most valuable feature is its ability to manage user application privileges and protect against ransomware attacks by controlling access to specific files and applications."
"We were able to reduce the number of privileged accounts by 50%, which helped to simplify our privileged access management environment."
"I am impressed with the product's seamless integration. The PAM wallet and enterprise password wallet are good also good."
"The most valuable feature is that it does lifecycle management and that it will change to whatever the end target is."
"The product is stable."
"It is doing its job. We use it for standard antivirus purposes and for making sure that people aren't downloading infected attachments. Because we use the cloud version, it is easy to maintain. We don't have to do anything to really maintain it. It gets updated automatically."
"The solution's most valuable aspect, for us, is the DLP portion of the product."
"The solution is useful for security purposes."
"The most valuable feature is endpoint detection and response."
"Intercept X is the most valuable feature in the solution. It's more or less pretty standard. The endpoint feature allows you to basically see what is happening, and stop a wide range of threats. It's been the most unique identifier for Sophos."
"The most valuable feature Sophos EPP Suite is that it protects the computer beyond the premise. Whether the user is at home, in the office, or traveling, you are able to apply the policies as the user moves."
"The most valuable feature is data loss prevention."
"For an experienced system implementer it will take approximately one day. However, for somebody who is inexperienced it may take up to five days."
"The solution's pricing could be better."
"Performance could be better. We have a couple of problems with CyberArk right now. One of the problems is performance in our environment. Support also takes a long time to respond. If the user already has local admin rights, then I can't collect any events in the console from this device. There are also some options in CyberArk that are not working properly, and are not helpful in this case. I can't collect any information to create a proper policy for the device. I have to investigate everything manually, or even disable the local admin from the device. I can collect the events only after this, and it's very time consuming. In my case, it's a waste of resources."
"They need much better integration with Azure AD."
"CyberArk has some performance issues. For example, servers could not handle the solution when we first took CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager."
"CyberArk is a pretty heavy solution."
"CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager is a perfect solution, but CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager for Linux has many issues. Another area for improvement in CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager, specifically for Windows, is that there's no way for you to check credential theft from a text file, such as a notepad file."
"One area that has room for improvement is in managing the credentials for network devices."
"In my country, having an on-premises deployment model is preferred. In this part of the world, on-premises is still the way many companies want to go. Therefore, they should supply some sort of option that allows for that reality."
"Lacks delegated administration privileges for large organizations, and differential permissions for admins."
"If you are not an IT expert, the solution is difficult to use."
"The solution could be improved in terms of the performance of the appliances. Sometimes the appliances in the market can be quite large. Additionally, in comparison to other appliances, such as FortiGate, Cisco Firepower, or ASA, it could be improved in terms of package processing or traffic handling."
"One area for improvement in Sophos EPP Suite is the support response time, particularly of the management team. It could be faster because I only got a response from the manager after a few days. If you open a case directly from the website, the response from the technical support agent may have been faster. I didn't open the request from the website, so that could be the reason why the response time took longer."
"There are also issues with the compatibility of the OS. When using Sophos with Windows and devices, most of them work well, but as soon as we work with macOS and Linux, many issues arise that we do not want to have."
"The solution could be more stable."
"There could be enhancements made to the DLP."
