Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"What I like the most is the Wiki software that comes with Atlassian Confluence.""The solution offers a lot of freedom when drafting directly online.""Atlassian Confluence is flexible and allows adding different types of context on the page and connecting a hypertext, like a web page, without a source.""Confluence can link any ticket or task from JIRA to be included on the Confluence page.""The product has a valuable feature for quick verification of documents.""It has a very intuitive user interface, which every user able to manage the basic functionality of a PC will be able to work with and produce quite satisfactory results.""The initial setup is very easy.""The solution helped us to see where we were going wrong and where we were doing good, and that helped us to make proper decisions"

"It is good as a central hub for the storage of documents and sharing among team members.""Being able to use OneDrive as a mapped drive in Windows Explorer is the most valuable feature. Rather than using OneDrive on a browser, you can also open up the Windows Explorer and I can see the file structure in the normal format.""One of the good features is that the users are not even aware that they're using it.""With this solution, the sharing of documents if very easy to do. There's a lot of collaboration you can do with your colleagues.""We use Microsoft OneDrive for file sharing without the need for additional hardware (such as flash drives or external hard drives).""They have support for integration with a lot of tools.""It helps you keep organized.""The most valuable feature of the solution is the amount of space allotted to each user that is issued a subscription."

Cons
"There is no concept of peer review or a draft mode - whatever you write is live.""The user interface could be improved.""Atlassian Confluence could improve how information is shared outside our company. We had some negative experiences with the rights we have with our information when sharing it within Atlassian Confluence and with other teams outside the company. It's due to the limitations on the rights we have on the export capabilities. We don't have sufficient rights to do so.""The scalability for larger companies could be improved.""The one way in which this solution could be improved is by offering better design and UI.""The user interface is a little bit stale. The file attachments and how they work could be improved. There is also room for improvement when it comes to CDNs.""I think the couple of improvement areas would be around Markdown support and support for adding code.""An area for improvement in Atlassian Confluence is encouraging more vital interaction among the project members or users involved. I was researching a tool that could be used for better interactions offline among users on a specific topic or discussion. That feature would make Atlassian Confluence better."

More Atlassian Confluence Cons →

"Support has not been the same since the beginning of COVID lockdowns.""An increase in the capacity of storage in the free version would be nice.""OneDrive is a bit behind competing products like Dropbox and Box.""The user interface could be a little more intuitive.""No one gets an alert when files are deleted.""There are not enough ways to assign permissions to shared folders and files.""The security is not as flexible as it is with Dropbox, which means that we can't share our OneDrive files.""The area that can be improved is to be able to share easily with folks outside the organization and with folks who don't have an office account. Sometimes, when you send a link, you might have some form of repetition. If you don't know how to share it properly, whoever you are sharing it with will have issues using it. Also, the link that you use to share a document can be made a bit shorter. It doesn't have to be long. Typically, when you want to share a document, it has everything, such as the name of the organization, SharePoint, etc. A short URL will be easier to use, and it will just make life easier, especially because a lot of people are now going mobile. I'm not sure if there's a mobile version of Microsoft OneDrive, similar to Google Drive. If they don't have a mobile app, it would also be nice to have a mobile app because that would help in checking out your documents. It would be easy to check your documents on the go on your phone."
