Has significantly improved document-driven workflows and reduced processing time across finance and HR functions
Automation Anywhere has evolved significantly and upgraded itself to provide agentic AI and AI-based automation solutions for document automation. The product has matured considerably over time. We can create workflows that can call an API. We can include prompts in particular workflows for ChatGPT-related functions, connecting to an LLM and RAG to perform tasks. For document automation, modern features are available to train documents, ensuring high accuracy and repeatability over time. The system is very easy to use. I recently completed a course in document automation, typically designed for people involved in coding and technical aspects. Though I understand coding comprehensively, I don't do actual coding. The course was very accessible. Currently, extensive coding isn't necessary due to the hybrid model incorporating GenAI aspects, low-code, no-code capabilities, APIs, and numerous pre-built objects in Automation Anywhere. The features include GenAI-driven prompting methods and workflow creation capabilities. In these workflows, we can create decision boxes and call APIs without coding. We simply pull objects, drop them, connect them, and add minimal coding when needed. The most crucial aspect isn't coding but rather sizing the automation and fleshing out the details. Automation Co-pilot takes notes and performs automated analysis. It can extract details from videos, summarize conversations, and provide detailed information. During calls, it identifies instructions and performs tasks such as preparing reports and reconciliation. Automation Anywhere can also connect with Microsoft Co-pilot. Through Co-pilot, real-time operations can be executed, allowing direct interaction between vendors and automation through this component.

Have faced limitations due to integration complexity but have processed documents efficiently and reduced manual effort
Bedrock is basically a framework that can manage multiple large language models. Another useful tool is Amazon Textract which extracts text from documents. It helps with compliance because Amazon Textract itself doesn't store anything. When hundreds of documents are uploaded in an S3 bucket, the S3 bucket will store the documents, but Amazon Textract itself doesn't store anything. It pulls the contents of the documents and then passes them on to the next system, making it compliant. It helps in a great way by reducing the load on LLM and reducing the cost.

With an easy initial setup phase in place, the tool needs to provide functionalities like web scraping to users
It is a very scalable solution. In ElectroNeek, you can build your project in modular programming or with the use of sub-programs. You can have a lot of sub-programs that make up a whole project. If you don't wanna use the drag-and-drop activities, you can use JavaScript or Python instead. So it's very useful when you are working with things such as SPS. Actually, you can write scripts to support all the product functionalities with Python and manage the product's functions. You will find a company named Apollo Studios on the website of ElectroNeek. I think they are one of the best companies in South Africa that entered into a partnership with ElectroNeek.

"Maybe not improved but I heard that the 2019 version is going to look more like UiPath, which is not ideal for a typical/classic developer."
"We have a few issues which have persisted. These end up restarting the machine. We are hoping in version 11.3 of Automation Anywhere, our compatibility and infrastructure issues will be resolved."

"Sometimes the tabular data does not process properly for complex tabular structures or complex tables."
"They should provide an offline solution because in many areas in India and outside, there are clients facing Internet issues."
"Some easy integration with other systems could be improved."
"I think that this solution could improve remote desktop interactions."
"It's not applicable to very large enterprises and for difficult work or more complex processes."
"The integrating capability of the product needs to be improved, to ensure that it works with all systems involved in a process."
"The pricing is an area with a shortcoming, and from an improvement perspective, it needs to be made cheaper."
"ElectroNeek comes with three activities and we cannot add activities like we can with uiPADs."
"Its price could definitely be lower."
"The solution works well with Google Chrome, but not with Microsoft Edge, which is the browser we use for automation."
"The solution needs to improve its stability."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Time-wise: We have saved hundreds of thousands of hours."
"The pricing model can be a bit more flexible."
"Automation Anywhere is expensive, making it suitable only for enterprise organizations."
"Automation Anywhere is thought to be quite expensive, especially for smaller organizations."
