I use the solution in my company to launch email campaigns and take care of the data management part for our customers.
The best thing about the tools would be, I would say, you know, the various functionalities they have. If I start with data management and then talk about the integrations with several other platforms. The features in the tool that allow for the creation of email templates, SMS, or all such kinds of features give our company a very good ability to launch individual campaigns, even multi-brand campaigns.
To be honest, I won't say that the tool is the best, but I can't think of any area that needs improvement right now. Though Adobe Campaign is user-friendly, it is not as friendly as Tealium Customer Data Hub, to be honest. You will still require some knowledge of operating all the workflows. You can say that Adobe Campaign needs to improve the UI because it is a bit old. Sometimes, the platform is a bit slow.
I have been using Adobe Campaign for two years.
More than ten people in my company use the tool.
In my company, we had a separate team from the client side that used to take care of the things associated with the tool's support team.
The product's initial setup phase takes some time, and it's not because of the platform, to be honest. Since it's a very complex platform, it requires different types of schema creation and all such things. In general, it's quite understandable that it will take some time to install the tool, especially because it's not that much of a simple platform.
The solution is deployed on an on-premises model for our client.
It will be a bit expensive because it is an Adobe product.
Depending on your business scenarios, you can use it, but the initial knowledge of Java scripts, API integrations, and data management. The tool is not a complex platform if you know about the aforementioned areas.
Adobe Campaign has features for creating templates, importing templates, and creating various workflows. We used these features to launch the emails, and everything else features.
In our company, we integrated Adobe Campaign with Tealium Customer Data Hub. Tealium Customer Data Hub was useful for sending some information to Adobe Campaign for various email campaigns. Whatever data we received in Adobe Campaign was sent back to the Tealium Customer Data Hub for further segmentation. Adobe Campaign can be integrated with other various platforms as well.
I think the tool is easy to learn because Adobe has quite a lot of documentation, which includes a broad range of documentation along with various training portals and training materials. The tool is not that complex.
From the functionality perspective, it is a very good tool.
The tool's UI seems a bit slow, and since it needs enhancement, I rate it a nine out of ten.
