The most valuable feature of SOTI XSight is its Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities, which provide visibility on all devices and help ensure 100% availability by preventing failures. If a device fails, productivity decreases, so ensuring they are operational is crucial. The remote control and diagnostic features save time and expenses related to sending people on-site for support. Furthermore, the ability to predict which device needs attention based on log files, thereby preventing incidents, is highly beneficial.
What needs improvement?
The subscription model could be improved, as it is not familiar in the Southeast Asian regions. The preference here is to invest one time or pay maintenance, as everything stops if not paid.

SOTI XSight provides a good return on investment through cost savings in several ways. It can predict which devices need attention, preventing incidents like device hang-ups or failures. As a result, I can reduce the need to send staff on-site for support, saving time and expenses.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing of SOTI XSight depends on the volume. If the volume is large, the price can be lower. However, if the volume is not significant, other expenses may offset the savings. Device availability remains my priority.
