For my clients, using Zoho Recruit means they will not be worried about finding people for a specific role. Through Zoho Recruit and its integrations, they can post a job using Zoho Recruit and it will automatically go live. Then in just a matter of minutes, there will be new submissions, and automatically via workflow, it will be connected to the Zoho calendar or to Calendly or any other calendar that will be connected to Zoho Recruit. Then it will notify the recruitment department and, of course, the boss. Based on my experience, I would suggest Zoho Recruit for my other clients or for any other people that are looking for a recruitment tool. Apart from the UI being very friendly, the workflow and the integrations are excellent. For example, Zapier, Calendly, Jobstreet.com, and any other applications such as LinkedIn are linkable in Zoho Recruit. It is just drag and drop, but if there is any problem with the integrations, there is minimal issue in Zoho Recruit. You can code that using Zoho Deluge scripting. It is reliable because from my past client during COVID times and until now, they are using it, which means it is stable and reliable. They are generating revenue, and Zoho Recruit has helped them minimize manual work such as emailing applicants and doing follow-ups and interviews. I rate Zoho Recruit as a seven out of ten.
I would rate the solution a seven out of ten. While there are some things that need to be improved, the integration of multiple apps could be better and the documentation could be more detailed. Additionally, there is flexibility to add custom modules and reporting capabilities that enable analytics of job openings, interviewers, and candidates. All in all, Zoho Recruit is a great product to start the recruitment process. This solution is subscription-based, meaning we need to pay in order to use it. We interact only with the front end, while the backend is hosted on the cloud and we do not have access to it. Zoho Suite is an interactive database that allows us to store records of people and multiple modules. We can customize it to our needs and it is similar to using Netflix. We have around 40 people including ten HR people using the solution in our organization. We already had subscriptions for Zoho One, which gave us access to multiple apps such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Desk. This was why we decided to try out Zoho Recruit and make use of it for our company processes. I would highly recommend the use of automation for multiple tasks for its time-saving benefits. It may take some time initially to get the system set up, but it will pay off in the long run as we will have a clearer picture of the system and the process the solution will be used for. Once the system is set up, most tasks will be automated, so HR will no longer have to worry about them.
I would recommend others when using Zoho Recruit to do as little customization as possible. I rate Zoho Recruit a nine out of ten. The solution has good support, the price is right, and has comprehensive features compared to other solutions in the market.
I'm a customer and an end-user. I don't have a business relationship with Zoho. I do not think that I am using the latest version of the solution. My understanding is that it is an older version, however, I can't speak to the exact version number off hand. I'd rate the solution at a seven out of ten. I'd recommend the solution to other users and companies.
I'm a pretty small company. I'm basically just a one-man shop. When I was trying the solution, I was using the latest version. I'd recommend the solution to other organizations. It's pretty great. Overall, I would rate the solution nine out of ten. If I had to do it all over again, I would have chosen to implement this product.
I would absolutely recommend this solution. I would advise others to try and keep it as standard as possible. Keep it simple, and try to make as few customizations as possible. The biggest lesson that I have learned from using this solution is that you can't do this business without one. I would rate Zoho Recruit an eight out of ten.
I would recommend this solution. I do think SAP is a better solution but it's much more expensive. Zoho needs to improve their marketing and make some aspects automatic rather than require manual inputting. I would rate this solution a seven out of 10.
