My advice to others looking into using Gong is to do it and also look at it not just from a sales perspective, but from a marketing perspective. It keeps the marketing team informed, and they are able to pull insights that they wouldn't otherwise get unless they were actually on the calls themselves. I would rate my overall experience with Gong a ten out of ten.

My advice to others looking into using Gong is that it's a good solution; it definitely helps with the points that I mentioned. I would see if there's a need, if there are other things you could maybe do with other AI solutions, depending on the size of your company and your needs in terms of privacy and making sure that your data is secure. It is nice to have something that's out-of-the-box, that's compliant, that will check all the boxes when it comes to all those things you need as a company, especially a larger company, to make sure that you're not causing liabilities for yourself. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Gong a nine out of ten.

There are alternatives, such as SalesLoft, which has a module with call recording functionality. It's important to explore all the added features and benefits that Gong offers. I would rate Gong as a ten because it leaves little room for improvement. We love it, use it every day, and have not needed customer support. My overall rating for the solution is 10 out of 10.
