Its technical simplicity and third-party tool integration enhance reporting, offering competitive advantages despite challenges in overseeing complexity and inadequate cloud disaster recovery. Simplifying data export to Tableau is necessary, while Veritas Resiliency Platform struggles with cloud replication. Declining technical support with prolonged resolutions impacts user experience.
