There are challenges with the data collector options in Veritas NetBackup IT Analytics. When I upgrade, the data collector tends to stop working, requiring me to open a case with Veritas. It takes them a long time, usually over a month, to resolve the issue, which is a pain point. I believe improving this aspect would enhance the user experience.

NetBackup is not great in disaster recovery (DR) and data center to DR setup, especially in the Cloud environment. Veritas Resiliency Platform is not very handy for cloud-to-cloud, cross-platform replication. Additionally, configuring storage units on the cloud is challenging and requires technical awareness. The technical support quality has decreased over time, and there is a blame game between different sources.
