Swimlane is highly effective for workflows involving multiple users, saving 80-90% time and enabling two analysts to do the work of ten. It is the top SOAR with excellent support and recommended for client integration. However, it lacks three-dimensional utility, stability, scalability, and version control. Manual configuration is needed, and setup is complex, affecting the user experience.
