If a computer does get infected the Sophos appliance lets us know via it's Advanced Threat Protection so we can get a much faster response time.

Management is simplified with a cloud-based suite, but lacks in load balancing and threat detection. The cost-effectiveness is noted, but routing issues exist. Desired enhancements include IKEv2 support and improved application control, while customer support needs improvement in response times compared to competitors.
