What is most valuable?
The performance, pricing, and PowerShell commands are valuable features.
Microsoft Virtual Server also handles a large number of users effectively, which benefits my organization.
What needs improvement?
There is room for improvement in the user interface, which could be more user-friendly. Additionally, introducing a .NET experience with a drag-and-drop feature would enhance ease of report formation and monitoring tools. Integration capabilities could be more mature, with simpler onboarding of different applications and user-friendly templates for attribute mapping.

There are a few features like user search, binary search, and LDAP search that have been well-implemented and are user-friendly, aiding many administrators.

The initial setup is easy and usually one person is sufficient. For maintenance, three to four people are required.

The return on investment is approximately between twenty to thirty percent.

I am not involved much in cost-related matters but heard from management that it is a better choice.

The alternate solutions I evaluated include Oracle's solutions, which have distinct reporting features.

Speaking about AI integrations, I have not been involved yet but might conduct a POC in the future. Overall, I would rate my experience with Microsoft Virtual Server as an eight or 8.5 out of ten.
