We use the solution for collaboration and storage. It has flexible plans starting from 1GB, 5GB, 2GB, and more. This is very useful in India, where space is a big concern for users and management. Lower-level users don't need as much space. It integrates well with other platforms like Outlook, and it has its own client, too.

The TeamChat feature has been really good for our email management. It lets us collaborate, share files, and invite guests like Google Spaces or Microsoft Teams. I like the two-factor authentication for security. However, they need to improve their document collaboration tools, as their Word, Excel, and PowerPoint features are basic compared to Microsoft and Google.

The solution has boosted our productivity. We use it like Slack—I can add and tag people, assign tasks, and get timely reports. We can share documents quickly and work on them together in real-time. This has made our communication more effective and saved us a lot of time.

We managed approximately one thousand user accounts with IceWarp for company communications. We utilized features such as smart attachments and document solutions. Our setup was primarily on-premises, and I was responsible for managing the server.

IceWarp was very cost-effective for us. Using in-house servers, we found it to be four to five times cheaper than Google services, which provided a significant financial advantage, especially for a medium or small-sized business. It also helped with archiving users' data, ensuring that even if a user deletes their data, we still have a backup.

Regarding issues with the product, IceWarp's server runs out of space, and our organization needs to add space. The turnaround time taken is too much for any issues we raise to the tool's support team.

IceWarp doesn't offer the same support to its users as Google or Microsoft. The email features, attachment features, and how quickly one can receive emails are some areas of concern in the solution. Microsoft 365 can be configured onto the mobile phone and has better integration with Microsoft Teams.

For improvement, IceWarp should try to compare themselves with the other email providers like, you know, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 and see if they can achieve those features to fill the gaps that they have in their tool. Also, the tool's ability to configure with mobile and the support provided for the product's operation on mobile should be improved. The tool's configuration capabilities are not straightforward. Apart from that, if I want to archive emails into a vault so that they can be retrieved again later, the integration doesn't work, and IceWarp crashes. This was something that my system engineer told me. So, that's why we have to add storage to the tool and increase the mailbox size since it does not allow or integrate with the vault.

My organization has been in existence for around twenty-five to thirty years. So, I think the tool has been used in our organization for more than five to ten years. We have two email systems in our organization. One is Microsoft 365, used by a few managers, and the rest of the organization uses IceWarp. Personally, I am not involved in using the tool much since I am a manager. My company and I are customers of the tool.

We are actually hosting it on AWS Cloud since we are using AWS Property Cloud.

Support should be improved. Most of the time, the queries are not resolved within the SLA.

Our company uses the solution as an in-house server that handles email for 800 users. 

The solution's voice services work well for our company. 

The solution is inexpensive and provides a cost savings. 

Our entire company uses IceWarp for emails and video conferencing.

The most valuable feature of IceWarp is the chat rooms and file-sharing, they are useful. It is convenient that everything is in one place. You can easily share and collaborate documents, making the program's unity a significant advantage.

We install the solution for our customers. 

The solution has a very good log-in to the UI when compared to other solutions. The log-in builder and other activities are good. 

We are service providers. We provide services to the customers. Currently, we are on the private cloud but many of our customers use both Private and Public Clouds.

At this time, I am supporting the engineer with the IceWarp Mail Solution.

We use IceWarp for emailing solutions, and to collaborate with other collaboration hubs and email solutions.

They have many features. One is conferencing collaboration and there are many more. IceWarp has multiple applications that are easy to use for many people.

Also, they have Outlook Sync, which is most important for email synchronization.
