The auto-capture and auto-reminder features help my team daily by preventing us from losing leads and stopping lead leakage. It is all about organization and ensuring that we convert lead generation, so our ROI has improved.

What needs improvement?
I do not find much change needed in the software. With AI coming up, Groweon has promised that new AI features for lead scoring will be coming, and that will help us further.
