DATPROF Reviews

We are in the middle of acquiring the tool. We have successfully completed a PoC with the tool, and we are in the process of onboarding it for a customer.

There were two major use cases. The test data masking and test data generation part was one of the major use cases for which we tested the tool. Integration within CI/CD pipelines was another major use case.

We haven't yet implemented the solution. So, at this time, the benefits are none, but the benefits that are foreseeable in the next two years would be enormous. It would simplify our test data operations. Currently, there are no end results as such with respect to our users, but we see the potential, and that's why we are happy to proceed with it.

It would be the most important part of testing within the organization. The capabilities that DATPROF provides will be more and more integrated into the day-to-day testing activities of business users or DevOps teams.

Its ease of use is valuable. It's pretty straightforward. With minimal training or with minimal guidance, it can be used. We also like the features related to the integration and the usage over the web. We can also use our own customized scripts and conditions. These are the exciting features of the tool.

Within the bank, we have a strategy called API First, and it was good to see that they have the possibilities to use APIs to mask data in bulk and generate data in bulk or in a few fields. 

From what I know, there are some challenges with respect to the number of data formats that can be made available. This is something that can be improved.

With respect to mainframe platforms, the solution should be able to do more. Some investments or tie-ups could be done with companies like IBM, Kyndryl, and HP. They should form some strategic alliances with these mainframe companies, which would also increase their customer base.

We haven't used it much. It was only for a few months, but whatever goals we had set were well achieved. 

We have not used it for that long to come up with a figure or an assessment, but it's pretty decent. We have never experienced any availability or other issues with the tool. It works decently well with respect to stability.

Its scalability is good. It covers all the platforms on which we want it to operate. DATPROF will be used across the bank and its subsidiaries. With its offerings, DATPROF covers all the related technology stacks or database stacks within the organization.

With respect to licensing, we will not take many licenses. I am expecting anywhere between 300 to 800 users because not everybody from each team will use it.

They are willing to extend. Right now, we are in the midst of commercial discussions, and we see that they want to forge a good partnership. For that, the foundations must be good. So, they are ready to invest in building the foundation. I'm very happy with the technical and sales support that we are getting right now. I would rate them a 9 out of 10.

We had a Broadcom solution. We had an exit strategy for all the tools of this provider. The contracts were supposed to end.

DATPROF is more open with respect to outside environments. Of course, it's not open-source technology, but there are provisions to do so, whereas, with earlier tools, that wasn't the case.

Another good part of DATPROF is that because they have already been in the market and working with customers for a long time, they know the ins and outs of how the market in the Netherlands works. That was visible when we were performing use cases where the generation of test data was required. Everything that we could possibly think of is already covered by the tool. The inclusiveness or the wholesomeness of the tool is very good.

DATPROF's UI is many years ahead of earlier tools. Broadcom's customer support was not up to our requirements. With DATPROF, even though we are just in the sales phase, I already see tremendous improvement. With the earlier tool, they were not able to provide the solutions that we wanted, whereas with DATPROF, Gerard, and Michael are just a call away, and they are willing to extend themselves to provide us with the right support.

Initially, it's on-prem, but in a year or so, it will be on Azure public cloud. Our implementation strategy is to first implement it on-prem and connect it to sources or VMs that are on-prem, and gradually, extend those services to the public cloud with the use of an API.

I was involved in its setup. It was pretty straightforward. We were able to do the setup in a matter of hours for the proof of concept that we executed. The initial tool setup and the connectivity setup with the right configuration items were done within a day. It was good for us.

We have not yet started migration from the Broadcom solution. We have also not yet estimated the number of people who will be involved in its implementation. We are going to estimate that in the next week.

It's very competitive. There is a good price-to-feature relation. It doesn't give us the feeling that we are overspending on something. It provides the right value at the right price. It's worth it.

We evaluated a couple of other options. DATPROF stood out in terms of features. They provided us with what we needed, and it was easy to include those features within the organization. 

The speed was also very good. With other tools, it took us four weeks to achieve half of what we could achieve with DATPROF in a few hours. On the very first day, we were confident that this would work.

My advice to others evaluating this solution would be to look for what you want as a feature or a capability. Don't go and explore everything and then decide what you want. That's because the tool will offer many things. If you want things that are there, just go for it.

DATPROF is a market leader in the Netherlands and also in Western European countries. They are at the forefront of understanding what problems the customers over the region or over the world face. As a customer, when I just look at my problems, there may be three, but as a supplier, when they look at all the problems, there would be 100. They know more than what we do at the end of the day, and this makes them think ahead, innovate, and give the best possible solutions that are also as per the regulations of the market.

I would rate DATPROF a 9 out of 10.

We have several development teams within our department using the solution to create test data to test the storage for all kinds of data from our company. We can't use actual data for testing because of privacy, so we create synthetic data using DATPROF. We have one department with about 20 teams mainly using the solution on virtual machines. They are all connected to one central SQL server database in which the data is generated. We are a transportation company and all the data we deal with is regarding trains.

DATPROF helped improve our organization because as more of our development teams adopt the tool, we become faster at creating test data. The test data quality is also improving, resulting in us creating better products. Overall, we gain time by speeding up the creation of test data and increasing the quality of our products. 

We can create synthetic test data for our different development teams without needing production data, which is an excellent capability.

The UI is excellent, and it's one of the main selling points for us. It's straightforward, so the threshold for use by our staff is relatively low, meaning all kinds of testers and developers can use this product very easily. 

The testing management provided by DATPROF is very important, as we deliver key performance indicators to the politicians in The Hague. The information we provide has to be high quality, and we can expect that quality using this tool. 

We still use another tool called Broadcom TDM, which has more features than DATPROF, so there is room for improvement regarding functionality. DATPROF is very receptive to this as a company; they listen and try to incorporate our feedback as much as possible.

The synthetic data-generating element of the tool is relatively new, so we sometimes encounter bugs, though when we inform DATPROF, they act quickly to fix any issues. Of course, the fewer bugs we face, the better.

We carried out a POC and are starting to implement the solution. We don't currently use it on a large scale, but we intend to. 

The solution is very stable in data masking but not yet entirely stable in data synthesis. I know DATPROF is working on improving that.

The product is scalable; scalability isn't an issue. 

The technical support is very good.

DATPROF as a company is very responsive to our questions. Broadcom isn't based in the Netherlands so we have to use some very expensive consultants when we have questions, which makes them less satisfying to work with. DATPROF's speedy and responsive support is one of the main reasons we chose their solution.

We previously used Broadcom Test Data Manager, and we switched because it's rather complicated, which limits the number of development teams that can use it. We had a dedicated support team creating data for the other teams, which resulted in a bottleneck because our teams require all kinds of data quickly. Using DATPROF, our teams can generate data independently thanks to its lower barrier of entry and excellent UI.

The DATPROF UI is much better and more intuitive than Broadcom Test Data Manager's, resulting in a lower skill requirement to use the solution effectively.

The initial deployment isn't complex, but it's never straightforward in a large organization like ours. The setup consists of deploying the tool, creating databases, and having technicians run some tests.

Our deployment strategy is to provide the tool to one development team and support them so they can learn as much as they can as quickly as possible. Then, we can deploy the tool to other teams.

We used five staff members for the deployment. DATPROF is still a young solution, and they handle software updates as a company. We don't need to do any maintenance.

We carried out the deployment in-house, with support from DATPROF. 

We don't have an ROI in financial terms at the moment. Still, we think the solution will increase the value of our business because it improves the quality of our test data, improving our testing and resulting in better products.

I'm not part of the financial team, but as far as I understand, the price is very reasonable compared to the competitors. 

The solution provides a lot of features and functionality for a reasonable price. 

We evaluated three other products I won't mention. Their strength is in the data masking area, but our requirements focus much more on synthetic data. 

I would rate the solution eight out of ten. 

We don't currently use the tool for data masking; we concentrate on creating synthetic data out of nothing rather than converting it. I know other companies use the product for masking, and that seems to work fine. We expect departments within our company will use data masking in the future.

The product doesn't simplify the test data operation because it's secondary in the process. First, we need to consider our data's consistency, workflow, and configuration. We can then carry out modelling and incorporate the tool into the process.

I would advise potential users to analyze the throughput of data through their company or department and check if the tool they want to use is compliant or compatible with the throughput.

We are protecting our personal and sensitive information, while we provide test data to our customers for their business-as-usual and project testing.

One of the ways DATPROF has added value is that three years ago, before we had the solution, when an audit was done for non-SAP applications, there were always red flags. We, as a company, were not able to protect the data. The demand for doing so was there, but in big organizations you need the willingness as well. Once we found  DATPROF, the red flag issue was eliminated. Audit-wise, we are now compliant.

And our customers are also happy because when they do any kind of project, it's not only about internal users because the systems are being exposed to multiple external people. That is where we are now able to protect our data.

For non-SAP, before we had DATPROF, we used a couple of workarounds. For example, we would write an SQL query to change a phone number from A to B, but for all phone numbers. If we had 40,000 customers and 40,000 phone numbers and wanted to mask the phone numbers, we would write a query to change all the phone numbers to 123-456-7890. But that's not scrambling, that's just a mass change, and it was manual work. Now, the results we get do not look like masking because it's real masking.

The data scrambling, the masking, is the most valuable feature. That is how we protect our personal and sensitive information. That is very important for Heineken, given that we work in global scenarios with a lot of personal information and business-sensitive information. This feature is particularly helpful.

It is a very intelligent solution when it comes to identifying the dependencies and connections and it is easily scalable.

It allows a type of self-service where we are not dependent on the supplier to do the work. Our team members can do things themselves.

It is also extremely important that DATPROF's masking for non-SAP databases also integrates with SAP TDM, out-of-the-box. We have operations in more than 100 countries and a majority of those operations use SAP applications. But some of our very important regions, such as the Americas and Asia-Pacific, are using Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Oracle as their core ERPs. That means we have some customers who are in both SAP and non-SAP. When we do scrambling for different applications, it is extremely important that DATPROF and the SAP applications talk to each other and synchronize.

Otherwise, for example, if the name Mano is changed to Frank in an SAP system, but the same Mano is changed to Albert in a non-SAP system, that means Mano has two names in two different systems. That means that identity is lost, from a name perspective.

It is also quite efficient, as we are doing data refreshes regularly.

I feel that we have to do a lot of reworking of the template implementations. We implemented two applications and have been using them for the last three years, but now we are adding two more. There is less reusability because we have to start from scratch. Maybe it is a limitation, but as a customer, it feels like we need to start from scratch every time. It would help if we could reuse at least some of what we have already done.

I've been using DATPROF for three years.

The solution is stable. We have not seen any outage situation or any problems.

It's easily scalable. If we could reuse a couple of things, it would be even better.

Currently, the solution is live in two ERPs: Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and we are covering about 25 countries. We are also now deploying it in two master data platforms: Mendix and TIBCO.

We will increase our usage of the solution. We are just at the start. We have not even done 10 percent of our applications.

After three years, the consultant who initially implemented our solution is still there. That is great for us because our team is well coordinated with that person. It's like he's a part of our team. 

And we have a good agreement regarding support. SOWs are defined and we always get timely support. Our engagement model is really easy. We have a good agreement with DATPROF regarding the maintenance model. There are two types of maintenance. One is the maintenance of the solution, such as if the solution is not working or an upgrade is needed. The other is our "business-as-usual" maintenance. We run a lot of refresh projects and we use DATPROF services to ensure that all the templates are good and that the connection is good. That way, during project execution, we don't have any problems. We also have standby support.

I have no complaints about support.

For non-SAP, we did not have a previous solution. We went with DATPROF because we wanted a platform that would be scalable across non-SAP technologies. While SAP can have multiple types of software, such as ERP, EWM, S/4HANA, Central Finance, SRM, the technology platform is the same. It's all the same stack. It doesn't matter what purpose you are using it for. But when it comes to non-SAP, the scope of technology is unlimited. It could be Oracle or Java or whatever.

We had so many applications and doing manual workarounds was, first of all, time-consuming. In addition, we were not sure if we had complete masking. Maybe we weren't aware of everything that needed to be scrambled or masked. That is why we wanted an intelligent tool that could identify what the customer-name-related dependencies are and do the scrambling. Finally, we wanted DATPROF because of its integration with SAP tools.

The initial deployment was complex but that was on our side, not from their side. We were not properly organized to provide them with the right access and with decisions from our stakeholders about what needed to be scrambled. Those are the things that took time.

The moment we had decisions, the deployment was super quick. It took a week or two weeks' time. Their consultant who worked with us was really good.

There were five people involved in the implementation on our side: two guys from my team, two from business, and one from hosting. My team members are the only users of DATPROF in our company.

Our implementation strategy followed a normal Waterfall process.

Within one month of when we first deployed the solution, we had a refresh and we saw the value. The moment we did the refresh and we scrambled, the business realized that the sensitive data was no longer visible in the system.

We are not measuring DATPROF outcomes in monetary terms. We are measuring it through business value. Our return on investment is not because we saved a certain amount of money. The ROI for us is the business value and that value comes from the fact that we protect our personal and sensitive data, and we are compliant with GDPR.

DATPROF is not cheap but it is also not very expensive. The pricing is good for us and it is good when looking at the market.

The licensing can be improved because it restricts the number of users. I prefer a licensing model that gives me freedom. If they want more money, it's okay if they charge me one time, but don't ask me to pay for each additional user. That is DATPROF's model and that can be improved. If I need to add a user that requires a new discussion, which is something I want to avoid.

We evaluated IBM InfoSphere Optim and one other.

When we did a comparison of the vendors during an initial scope, everybody came with their best features. That made it really difficult to assess what was good and what was bad. But what we saw, first of all, was that the responsiveness of DATPROF was good. 

Also, we had EPI-USE, which is a DSM for SAP solutions, and we got a recommendation from them for DATPROF as a solution that integrates with EPI-USE to do consistent scrambling. We don't know whether Optim or the other solution we looked at could have done that or not, but DATPROF's integration with EPI-USE was already a proven fact. That was an added advantage for DATPROF.

We had also used Delphix, but we stopped using it to take EPI-USE and DATPROF. We never used Delphix for non-SAP applications, but cost-wise, there was no comparison when looking at the cost of DATPROF. Delphix was super expensive. That is exactly the reason we didn't want to continue with Delphix. We saved a substantial amount by going with DATPROF. Also, I did not know until we decided to offboard Delphix that it can work for non-SAP applications. They marketed it to us for SAP only.

In my experience, the majority of applications in big companies, like Heineken, are SAP. Up to 20 percent of their systems are non-SAP. Since DATPROF cannot work on SAP, its intelligence for integrating with SAP DSM solutions is a reason that people should prefer this solution. Maybe there are others in the market, but if somebody asks me, I would definitely recommend DATPROF.

We use it for scrambling personal data. That's the most important use case that we have. We both have SAP and non-SAP applications.

Two or three years ago, before DATPROF, we did not have the ability to scramble or mask data in our non-SAP applications. Doing so was only a dream. Today we are confident that our customers' sensitive data is not in anybody else's hands. Production users, even developers, were usually able to see personally identifiable data in test environments because they have super-user access. But now we don't have that situation anymore. Anybody who logs in to test data only sees scrambled data. They don't see the real data.

Overall, DATPROF has simplified our test data operations, absolutely. Before we had the ability to scramble, we did not copy our production data into our test system because we didn't have any way to protect our data. Today, because we have a scrambling solution, we are able to do refreshes frequently, meaning production data comes into the test system very frequently. That makes it possible for the testers to do testing with the real production-like data. As a result, our testers are able to test efficiently and that helps us avoid production incidents.

The most valuable feature is that it's easy to use. We were using it for Microsoft Dynamics Navision and at a later point in time we had to use it for JD Edwards but we didn't have to go to any other solution. We were able to quickly port a JD Edwards application into the DATPROF solution and we were able to scramble the data in that application. It's a single tool that helps us to do that across applications.

And the masking templates are reusable. Microsoft Dynamics Navision has been implemented in at least 19 different operating companies, within our company. It goes into each of the tenants and then it runs it. Without this feature, we would be spending quite a lot of time customizing it individually at each location. The first time you set it up, it takes a lot of time. But if we have one template that can be reused, it becomes fairly simple for us to quickly adapt it.

As we speak, we are doing a scrambling setup for one of our large applications. It doesn't take much time. Once you configure it, it becomes a routine. You just press the button and it takes care of it.

There is an integration with a product called EPI-USE Labs Data Secure. To integrate these two, we have another product called Symphony, which orchestrates the data masking between SAP and non-SAP applications. SAP masks the data and then Symphony picks it up. Symphony triggers the masking in EPI-USE Labs Data Secure and it takes the masked data reference and passes it onto DATPROF. DATPROF picks up the baton and runs the scrambling using the same ruleset. I have not seen any other solution that makes it easier for scrambling between SAP and non-SAP applications. This is definitely important. Our testers would go crazy if the data in our SAP application and our non-SAP applications looked different.

They could improve the solution by expanding the APIs. If there were options to integrate it with other solutions, that would help.

I've been using DATPROF for about two years.

The stability is perfectly fine. We run many jobs in parallel but we have not had a situation where it was hanging or not responding.

We are still expanding from Microsoft Dynamics Navision to JD Edwards and we are already talking about expanding it to TIBCO. From that perspective, it is highly scalable.

In our initial days with the solution we used technical support, especially for the integration between SAP and non-SAP. But as we speak, a refresh has just been done and the scrambling is done and we did not raise any tickets during that exercise.

We didn't experience a lot of delays whenever we called them. And they wouldn't say, "We work only on incidents." They're flexible in terms of making sure your situation is taken care of.

For SAP applications we have a different product, but for non-SAP applications we didn't have anything and we were looking for a solution that could help us mask or scramble personally identifiable data. That's where DATPROF came in.

One of the reasons we went with DATPROF was the synchronized scrambling for SAP and non-SAP products. That was one of the most important features. That would help us resolve many problems.

I was involved in the initial deployment but it was actually done by DATPROF themselves. We just provided them with guidance on how to navigate within our environment. It was quick and it was not very difficult. We did not have a lot of challenges with the initial onboarding.

It took two to three months because of the coverage we needed. It was not for one system, rather we were deploying it for a large number of operating companies, so the scope was large.

We're not spending a lot on maintaining it and we don't have a dedicated person to maintain it. We get the upgrade packages whenever they come out. Otherwise, I don't think we have raised an incident in the last six months. In terms of maintenance, it's fairly simple.

We looked at a few other solutions, but they were either expensive or they were not really out-of-the-box solutions.

Our company used Delphix three or four years ago, but we did not use it for scrambling. We were using it for copying data from production tools, but it was a very expensive solution. That's why we replaced it with other tools like Symphony, DATPROF, and EPI-USE Labs Data Secure. But it's not fair for me to compare them as we are not using the same features in DATPROF that we used in Delphix.

Architecturally, they are completely different. One big important difference is that Delphix works at the infrastructure layer, not really the application layer. DATPROF, on the other hand, works at the application database layer and that is an advantage because we are able to do things ourselves. With Delphix, we had to depend on our hosting provider to support us, which also cost quite a lot of money. With DATPROF, it's more of a self-service. You can do things yourself and you don't have to depend on anybody else.

Also, with Delphix, we only had one refresh, from production to acceptance, in three years. With DATPROF we are doing a refresh every six months. And the scope has increased.

DATPROF definitely saves us money compared to Delphix. From a licensing perspective, there's a huge difference.

My advice is "go for it." 

We are using DATPROF Privacy and DATPROF Runtime for masking sensitive test and development data on Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, and Postgres databases. The main purpose for using this solution is to be compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and for protecting sensitive business information.

Our previous tool for masking sensitive test and development data was only able to mask Oracle databases. With DATPROF Privacy and DATPROF Runtime, we are also able to mask SQLServer, MySQL, and Postgress databases. As a result, DATPROF made it possible for our organization to be compliant with the GDPR.                                                                        

The most valuable feature of DATPROF Privacy for us is the possibility to mask sensitive test and development data on different kinds of databases. Furthermore, the tool comes with different useful masking functions. It is possible to mask deterministic and it is possible to add your own functions. The tool has an intuitive interface and customer support is fast and efficient.                                                                                                                          

The product could be improved by adding functions to mask flat files and XML data.              

We have been using DATPROF Privacy for about one year now.

DATPROF Privacy and DATPROF Runtime are reliable tools.

Customer service is fast and reliable. The tool is updated regularly and if possible customer requests are implemented.

We switched to DATPROF because this tool made it possible to also mask SQLServer, Postgress and MySQL

The installation and configuration are easy and straightforward.

We evaluated different masking tools. 

We are using a standard software solution with some custom adjustments on an IBM DB2 LUW database. 

One of our main goals with Datprof's software was to reduce the required data storage by means of subsets. A test database where we previously used a production copy required 23 TB of disk space. By subsetting to a database with the (anonymized) data of 30,000 customers, the disk space has been reduced to only 130 GB. By using the tooling, we therefore only use 0.5% of the original amount of disk space.

The improvements we have made within our organization are very diverse; we've reduced the amount of disk space for test data to just 0.5 percent of the original amount. That means enormous cost savings.

Due to the availability of a ready-made database for testing, the lead time to set up a test environment has become much shorter.

In addition, by anonymizing we comply with the GDPR and we run less risk of the loss and/or misuse of our customers' data.

This makes us even more future-proof and frees up time to focus on other important things.

In addition to the professional collaboration with a Datprof consultant, in which necessary adjustments in the software are always smoothly implemented by Datprof, I really appreciate the user-friendly interface for subsetting and anonymization.

I am very impressed with the capabilities of the software. It is able to generate a model of the database even when our supplier did not want to release the data model. The tooling provides additional insight into how our package works.

I also think the possibility to generate synthetic test data through functions is a nice addition since the start of our collaboration.

After the first positive user experiences, we will continue to focus on the use of Datprof tooling more broadly in the organization.

Although it is possible to mask flat files inside DATPROF Privacy, the current solution is solid. However, it can be improved with an improved user interface. With such an improvement it will help to easily mask flat files as well. 

Another improvement would be if the results of the discovery solutions could be more integrated into the masking or data generation solution. The current solution offers the possibility to discover privacy-sensitive information, and, they have, of course, a solution to mask or generate the test data. It would be valuable if these solutions could be integrated.

I've used the solution for 2 years.

The software is very stable. However, you must ensure that your database is accessible and not locked. The advice is to make a copy of your production database and use it as a source for subsetting. This prevents the data from being changed during the process and the occurrence of deadlocks.

The initial setup is easy when you involve the people with correct database and environment knowledge.

For a short period of time, we had a Datprof consultant on site.

I'd advise users to start with a pilot in close collaboration with an experienced consultant. They can help you on your way to achieving the maximum result.

Cost reduction and time-to-market targets were the starting points of our implementation.

Subsetting an anonymous, but large production database into a manageable size, thereby reduced storage costs for our test environments. 

By shrinking the database to an easily portable database, we can refresh test databases swiftly for regression testing purposes.

For our customers, it is also a way to start the transition towards a flexible cloud/container-based test environment to meet our CI/CD targets in the future.    

A small test database is essential for us to move forward for provisioning the development teams with dedicated test environments with test data fit for their purposes.

The database had been thus far maintained by the software supplier. The easy access and analysis options to judge the data model of the complex database gave us the freedom to maintain the test data without the help of our supplier.

Our customer's IT department has limited technological knowledge. Understanding the database was the first step in becoming self-sustainable.

The data model intelligence provided by DATPROF gave us a head start in analyzing the needed test data. With basic database knowledge, we were able to create database templates that will filter out the required test data.

The creation of these templates may also be accomplished by hiring DATPROF consultants. We choose to do it ourselves so that we would be able to maintain the knowledge afterward. 

The data modeling software gave additional insights for debugging in the case of circular foreign keys.

The privacy module has not been used by us, but we are keeping this option in mind.

The source and target data model need to be inline (by and large).

For DevOps or CICD, it would be lovely to be able to enhance the option to write the subset into an empty database, without any keys or indexes. That would simplify the implementation into our release pipeline.

Right now, we need to make process agreements with our supplier to keep our source and target database in line with the current production version. This may become an issue when (if) we reach a CI/CD level with multiple releases per day.

I've been using the solution for 1 year.

With other customers, we would have used SQL script to reset test data or even start with an empty database and create/load the test data through the application.

This was not an option, since the development and maintenance of the environments were not in our own hands. It was either a complete database or find our own tools to start from a production copy.

No, I did not.

The solution is used for:

1. Subsetting test data from/to databases with an incomplete relational model. (With homemade tooling it wasn't possible.)

2. Higher management demanded testing to be done with masked data

We organized a TDM process with both DATPROF Subset and Privacy, fully self-service and fully automated with ServiceNow, Runbook, and Ctrl-M. Within 15 minutes users can establish a refreshed testing environment.

The most valuable features are DatProf Subsetting, intelligent software, and templates that are easy to maintain.

We organized the orchestration via ServiceNow/Runbook. It would be nice if DatProf software had this functionality as well.
