Useful for business reports and helps to drill down accounting information
The tool's most valuable feature is table creation. One of the most important capabilities is the supplier assessment reports. These reports provide a balance during transactions, which is crucial for auditing. This feature is not standard in other ERP systems, making it highly valuable. The solution helps to drill down details from sources like payables and inventory, which the accounting department requires.

Has supported trend analysis and forecasting but needs major fixes in customization and reliability
There are some areas where Zoho Analytics needs improvement compared to Power BI. Uploading and interpreting data inside the interface needs enhancement. While Power BI uses Power Query, an intuitive and powerful tool that allows data manipulation in any way, Zoho Analytics has limitations. I usually prepare data in Excel before uploading it to Zoho Analytics. The charts in Zoho Analytics are not as customizable as in Power BI. While all chart types are available, they can only be modified at a basic level, not an advanced level. Though trend analysis features are provided, creating anything out of the box is challenging.

"As a product analyst, one of the best features in Zoho Analytics is its ability to allow stakeholders to access raw data for any kind of metric I've created, significantly reducing my dependency to share data sets repeatedly, saving a lot of time."
"We find Zoho Analytics easy to use, making it very beneficial for our operations."
"We are a hotel chain, there are seven hotels all over the country and Zoho Reports lets us collect important information without traveling or sending big e-mails."

Cons

"They need to try to develop reports to tie different tables together. Currently, to pull the data into one nice, neat report takes a more advanced technically minded person to develop."
"Oracle Business Intelligence Discoverer needs to improve its performance and HTML reports."
"They should provide white labeling with a cheaper option."
"I remember that cleaning up data was a challenge, and on several occasions we had to upload data sets again after making changes in another program."
"Regarding stability and reliability, Zoho Analytics has multiple bugs. One significant issue is that you cannot create multiple charts with the same name."
"A higher degree of artificial intelligence could be included in this solution. The data and overall insights could be improved."
"However we do not like proposed UI changes and find that in general as a vendor Zoho is rather unresponsive to feedback from its customers."
"This solution does not support manufacturing facilities."
"The navigation on the interface is not intuitive."
"The customer service and support for this solution could be improved by faster response times."
