​The editor itself needs improvements, but we can communicate in a more engaging way.
Customer Service: It's very high. Technical Support: It's very high. A good example is that they're always keen on helping - I had some problems with the system and they were there with me all the time until the problem was solved. So I can say their customer service is top level.

It provides a mix of communication channels. I have never seen downtime.
It provides a great mix of communication channels We have a better process of customer engagement because of the better open rate of our marketing newsletters. It could have a little better usability to get started working with SendPulse, so people could onboard faster and start working faster.…
