Supports clear communication and uninterrupted collaboration even with limited network connectivity
Google Meet Workspace is the best app for meetings in the corporate scope because Microsoft Teams has many problems or issues with the app. The signal quality is a valuable feature. If you have low signal in your network or internet connection, Google Meet supports video calls better than Teams. Teams completely locks up with low network connection, and you need a good signal to use Teams. However, if you have low signal, Google Meet works better. The overall experience with Google Meet is better because you can use the app in an easy way. You find the buttons quickly without having to go through a lot of stages or processes. In Teams, you have to search a lot to make something because the experience is more difficult and complex. In Google Meet, if you want to share your screen, you just click one button and that is it. Screen sharing in Google Meet is easy to use, and the sharing screen is in high definition. Google Meet does not require a good signal connection. Google Meet works in low and medium connection, which is better for remote work. The intelligent noise cancellation feature is the best one. Sometimes you are working with other partners in the same place and you need to start a meeting with a client while in the same location with your other partners. You can turn on the noise cancellation and it works perfectly. Google Meet Workspace is a good solution. Google Workspace is very easy to integrate with other applications. For us, it is very easy to have Zoho One and make the meetings in Google Meet Workspace. The experience in general is good.

Simple to set up, reasonable pricing, and useful remote control capabilities
I'm on the latest version of the solution. I just updated it yesterday. While we have the solution on-premises at this time, we'll likely move to the cloud later this year. They have a trial version that you can try. They have a free version that you can try as well. I use it myself to support my family. I would try the free version or the trial version depending on your business. They can set you up and you can get to see all the features. I would also advocate going to the cloud version. Don't bother with the on-prem. It's just easier to jump to the cloud. I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The tools have made collaboration much easier because everyone can work on the same document in real time instead of exchanging multiple versions."
"What I appreciate about Google Meet Workspace is the simplicity, first of all; it has pretty much all the features that I could use on either Zoom or Skype, and it is very simple."
"Google Meet Workspace is the best app for meetings in the corporate scope because Microsoft Teams has many problems or issues with the app."
"The unattended access functionality is a valuable feature, because I can go in at any time that I want, deploy fixes, or do maintenance."
"The ConnectWise ScreenConnect tool is very good for remote access."
"Extremely user friendly"
"We researched prior to evaluating any remote access solutions and decided that Screenconnect was our first choice; we initiated a trial and have not looked back at any other solutions."
"Being able to flip quickly between however many monitors that I have running, detune the video for black and white, or with fewer colors to make it faster, is amazing."
"I am able to support our remote users; this has been a great help."
"It's very easy to use, very easy to understand. It gives us remote access to the PC without any issues."
"You can set up the remote access and get pretty granular as far as permissions go, but it's just been a fantastic tool and I would highly recommend it to anybody."

Cons

"What could be improved, I do not know the actual improvement yet, but when somebody sends me an email, I can just give you what I have on Outlook, Microsoft Outlook, and I can take that email and transform it into a meeting."
"There is no way to turn off that feature. Last week I was in my yoga class and I could not stop that function."
"One of the biggest frustrations I have experienced with Google Meet Workspace is occasional connectivity or audio issues during Google Meet Workspace sessions, especially when internet quality is poor."
"The solution should add the ability to video chat with the user on the other end."
"I have not had to deal with their tech support very much. When I have, I was not thrilled with their support."
"The username is automatically generated by ScreenConnect and you can't choose it."
"Mobile interface."
"If it had Chrome capability, that would be great; being able to use it on a Chrome device. Right now, I can't use it on my Chrome device."
"There needs to be a way to run the agent without installing, like GoToAssist."
"What we need this product to do is to be able to control Windows Updates. LogMeIn Central allowed us remote access but also allowed to push and install Windows Updates, and third-party updates... When we made the switch to ConnectWise we lost the ability to do patching. That forced us, for our larger clients, to move to WSUS. We had to set up a VM on those larger clients to push Windows Updates and patches into the network."
"On a Linux machine, there are different limitations that are not there on a Windows Server. Much more limitations exist on Linux deployments."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"It is priced fairly."
"Their licensing model is good, their pricing model is good, their service is good; bandwidth is excellent. They're consistent."
"We pay an annual licensing fee."
"Good price and works well."
"I think the product's pricing is a good value. I paid $600 a year and that was fine for me. It was about $50 a month. Licensing is all very straightforward."
"I download the product for free with ConnectWise RMM's license."
"Pricing is fair for Control and the licensing is simple."
"For the price we pay, we definitely feel it's worth it, but there are some contenders in the market that are coming out now, whose products are as good; they are offering more features and the price is actually less than ConnectWise. All things considered, the biggest thing is the lack of patching in ConnectWise. If they could integrate that into the product, that would be a game changer, if offered at the same price point."
