Centralized device management has automated onboarding and improves remote security compliance
One thing I feel Microsoft Intune could improve is troubleshooting visibility. In many cases, when a policy or application deployment fails, the error messages are a bit generic. So, admins still spend time checking logs manually or testing on devices one by one. Compared to the simplicity of deployment, troubleshooting sometimes feels less mature. I also think reporting and real-time monitoring could be stronger. The dashboard gives useful information, but in large environments, many teams still depend on additional tools or scripts for deeper reporting and analytics. If I had to focus on one area first, I would probably choose troubleshooting and reporting. Deployment through Microsoft Intune is generally straightforward, but when something fails, identifying the exact root cause can still take more time than expected. Error messages are sometimes too generic, and admins often have to dig through logs, sync status, or multiple portals to understand what actually happened. I think user experience and policy management could also improve further. Microsoft Intune has become much better over the years, but sometimes the admin portal still feels fragmented because certain configurations open in different sections or redirect to older interfaces. For new admins, especially, it can take time to understand where everything is located. Another thing is policy conflict handling. In larger organizations, multiple device policies, compliance rules, and configuration profiles can overlap. When conflicts happen, the visibility is not always very clear, so admins spend time figuring out which policy actually won or caused the issue.

Allows us to revert to an optimal system state. I would like to see a faster Google Drive Sync.
* Deep Freeze: Ensures that I can maintain a baseline of an optimal system state where performance and system security are guaranteed. No matter how long a computer is in use, it will always revert to that same condition. * Data Igloo: Has been an important feature for me because on a frozen computer, the user's files and folders would have been redirected to the ThawSpace, thereby avoiding data loss upon a system restart. Users no longer have to worry when saving their files naturally to the Documents, Pictures, Music, Video, or Downloads folders or when manually saving their files to other locations. Data Igloo has been configured to handle all that.

Automated onboarding has saved hundreds of hours and now standardizes device security globally
In terms of how Ivanti Neurons for UEM can be improved, I think there's potential for automation of some repetitive tasks. The device provisioning process has already become very close to zero-touch, but the patch deployment is still scheduled and policy-driven. As a result, I believe we can reduce endpoint administration further. I also think the number of integrations and the scalability of the tool can be improved, along with customer service, as we've encountered some issues in certain countries. Regarding the needed improvements, particularly concerning integrations or customer service challenges, we have had problems with integration with some third-party tools requiring additional configuration and testing. Occasionally, we also experienced delays between systems, particularly with user group changes and device compliance updates. The accuracy and reliability of output from Ivanti's AI can be improved. We notice that the AI-driven insights are useful, but there are anomalies and some false positives. Since we are still in a validation period, I cannot provide a definitive mark, but I believe that accuracy should be enhanced, especially for more complex and environment-specific issues where human intervention is still needed.

"The security-related tools are excellent; these features allow us to secure devices, lock them down, and ensure compliance."
"The technical support is excellent, as they are persistent and thorough with their investigations, extremely polite and patient, and they keep me regularly updated on progress and tentative resolution schedules."
"Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management has positively impacted my organization because I used this tool in my previous project, and it is useful for security purposes."
"Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management has positively impacted my organization primarily through the ability to report on patch compliance."
"Ivanti Neurons for UEM has positively impacted my organization by enabling faster patch deployment, quicker identification of non-compliant devices, and less time spent on manual endpoint administration."
"By moving to Intune, they were able to save the complete cost for Ivanti Neurons for UEM and put it towards something they were already paying for, and additionally they improved enrollment deployment time significantly and now can deploy laptops in an hour and even give the task to end users."

"The company provides great customer service."
"Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management has positively impacted my organization by being highly effective because now everything is mapped out and managed."

Cons

"Microsoft Intune's support for Mac devices is lacking and could be improved."
"Reporting needs to be better. Sometimes, it is way too slow, and it is not even accurate."
"Sometimes, customers compare it with AirWatch, but the concept of Intune is different from other solutions. It's an application management app. It gets a bit difficult to explain it to customers, but it's not a product limitation. It takes a presale document or presentation to explain it to customers."
"In Microsoft Intune, there is significant slowness, and there needs to be more logs when we deploy software, parameters, or scripts to troubleshoot problems and errors in the interface, workstations, and Android devices."
"It's the granularity: 'Is your firewall on? Is BitLocker on?' It's not amazing granularity. But I've looked into other products, like Duo, and they're all similar."
"Lacking in features such as Wi-Fi and network security."
"China blocks Google and Google Play Store, which makes installation challenging. Microsoft Intune is a company software, which has to be installed to the app portal or Microsoft Software Center."
"Intune needs to incorporate more tools to reduce the number of third-party applications we rely on."
"There were infinite reboot loops on some computers, especially during maintenance updates."
"The interface is complicated and not very easy to use."
"Reporting needs improvement. It is not very useful and lacks depth."
"We have had problems with integration with some third-party tools requiring additional configuration and testing."
"There are a few areas where Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management could be further improved, including custom reporting, dashboard flexibility, and UI navigation for new admins."
"In terms of improvements for Ivanti Neurons for UEM, the only challenge I face with EPM Endpoint Manager is in scanning network devices, as some devices appear without a serial number, which is an issue that takes more time since customers often require the serial number as a mandatory field."
"Ivanti Neurons Patch for Intune needs to improve stability. We had issues with patching."
"The integration between the MobileIron and Advanced Neurons isn't completely in sync, and we're still working on that."
"The disadvantage in connection with Windows devices is that the pushing of policies takes some time."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Its licensing model is not complex, but it is very expensive compared to other solutions. They can bring more models and reduce the pricing. They should allow customers to select the features they want and price it accordingly."
"Microsoft Intune is included in the E5 license at no additional cost."
"Existing E5 license holders for M365, Intune, and Azure, receive a free license."
"While I don't have access to high-level financial information, I believe we have achieved lower costs with this implementation."
"The pricing is good because customers are not complaining about it."
"They have categorized the licenses according to the size of the business. So, if it's a smaller organization, we can choose the license accordingly. If it's a big organization, then we can choose accordingly. Everything is clearly mentioned, and we can decide. It's suitable for all kinds of infrastructure, and that's very goo"
"The Intune license model is costly."
"Microsoft Intune's pricing is reasonable."
Information not available
"The price of MobileIron UEM is very good."
"My impression is that MobileIron is very expensive."
"While the price is a bit high, it may be equitable with the features one gets with the product, such as that involving the interface."
"The license can get expensive if you have a lot of nodes."
"The solution is expensive compared to other products."
"The solution is affordable."
"For the one that works with SCCM, it is relatively inexpensive at $8 USD per node, yearly. The standalone product has two versions; the one that patches servers is about $45 USD annually and the version that patches workstations is about half that price at $22 USD."
