Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management can be improved by allowing me to drive optimization, proactive monitoring, and automatic information, which lets Ivanti detect and resolve endpoint issues faster with less manual intervention. Better integrations are needed that I have not yet mentioned. My impression of Ivanti's ability to provide a comprehensive system of record is that better integration, simpler configurations, and more custom stable reporting would be useful. The accuracy and reliability of Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management's AI output are strong overall, but transparency, security controls, and governance around driving decisions could be improved.

I think the autonomous approach is valuable, but I would like to see continuous improvement in the level of control and transparency around automated remediation. In an enterprise environment, while automation is powerful, strong guardrails, approval workflows, and clear audit trails, along with rollback capabilities and the ability to control the scope of automated actions, are essential.
An improvement Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management needs is a dashboard that shows which devices are not in sync or a proper dashboard that displays all telemetries related to machines with high CPU, RAM, missing patches, or those needing attention, or a health check. Such a dashboard would be helpful to have an overview of the infrastructure. The reason I chose an eight instead of a higher score is that a dashboard would make it ten out of ten. With a dashboard, we would have a better overview of the entire infrastructure instead of just having the console which only shows configurations. A dashboard with an overview of the entire infrastructure and health check, integrated within Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management instead of having a different application, would be helpful.
Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management could be improved in the support aspect because the support is quite poor. I would also add that the reporting part needs improvement; I believe they should enhance the reporting capabilities within the platform.

In terms of improvements for Ivanti Neurons for UEM, the only challenge I face with EPM Endpoint Manager is in scanning network devices, as some devices appear without a serial number, which is an issue that takes more time since customers often require the serial number as a mandatory field. Regarding needed improvements for Endpoint Manager Mobile, I require enhancements in reporting. For devices that users remove from the work profile, I need an indicator to show that the user has removed the work profile, similar to the indicator in the EBM console that shows whether a user removed the work profile or completed a check-in but the work profile is not completely installed.

In my opinion, Ivanti Neurons for UEM is good as it is, although the OSD deployment could be improved somewhat, as it currently only works with Windows devices that are already deployed. Native deployment via PXE boot would be beneficial.

The device provisioning process has already become very close to zero-touch, but the patch deployment is still scheduled and policy-driven. As a result, I believe we can reduce endpoint administration further. I also think the number of integrations and the scalability of the tool can be improved, along with customer service, as we've encountered some issues in certain countries. Regarding the needed improvements, particularly concerning integrations or customer service challenges, we have had problems with integration with some third-party tools requiring additional configuration and testing. Occasionally, we also experienced delays between systems, particularly with user group changes and device compliance updates. The accuracy and reliability of output from Ivanti's AI can be improved. We notice that the AI-driven insights are useful, but there are anomalies and some false positives. Since we are still in a validation period, I cannot provide a definitive mark, but I believe that accuracy should be enhanced, especially for more complex and environment-specific issues where human intervention is still needed.

The ticket closure workflow should be streamlined so that resolution documentation only needs to be entered once and is automatically carried forward to ticket closure. Further improvements to the user interface and navigation would make the platform easier to use, especially for administrators and new users. Regarding team administration improvements, we need a clearer overview. Currently, we have to navigate through several configuration areas to find information. The ticket resolution workflow requires duplicate documentation, which does not add value and increases the time required to process tickets. Another area to improve is the visibility of the organizational structure. Currently, it is not easy to see which teams belong to which organizational unit, making administration and troubleshooting more difficult.
