Streamlined data management reduces workload and costs significantly for the team
We are planning to use Rubrik Go's AI-powered insights for predictive analytics, but have not implemented this yet. I cannot provide updates on Rubrik Go's capability to automate data management tasks because I have not used that feature yet. Rubrik Go's integration capabilities with cloud providers have benefited my multi-cloud environment significantly. Rubrik Go's subscription model has helped me align my data protection investments, which is a good option as I am one of the customers who have deployed this subscription option. I am definitely satisfied with the licensing model as it is very simplified and easy to understand. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Rubrik Go a 9.

"The main benefit of this solution is that it automatically scans the files for ransomware after the backup is complete."
"The solution's main focus is on security and ransomware."
"The solution is easy to install; our team just has to put together the plan, give it to IT and let them handle it. Other solutions are quite complex, but this is much simpler."
"It has an easy-to-use interface that is not complicated."
"The solution's most valuable features are its ease of use and performance."
"Even though the data is already in the cloud, it's an AWS, so by accessing the on-prem appliance you can still search because it is indexed from that appliance."
"In terms of stability, the product is good."
"Rubrik Go is both very scalable and stable."
"The most valuable feature is the storage efficiency, as the storage footprint is very good."

Cons

"Auto registration of non-domain machines is missing, as registration is a manual process of creating a key and adding it to the client."
"The support of other cloud services needs to be improved. It has very good cloud support for AWS but not with others."
"I would like to see security improved in the next release."
"This solution would benefit from the inclusion of an on-premise backup feature, as currently, they are offering everything in the cloud."
"The user quota is an area that needs to be improved."
"If I could have an accelerator or something to back up the solution on the cloud, that would be helpful. Also, it would be helpful if the accelerator could give me a buffer of a couple of days for any kind of immediate recovery on an offsite."
"I would like to see security improved in the next release."
"Druva inSync is very high in price. A general customer cannot afford this solution."
