Have faced high costs but benefited from strong integration and complete features
The ability to get claims resolved quickly and get the cash flow, maintain cash flow current as fast as possible is a huge benefit. You don't have to do your analytics in one tool, your billing in another tool, your patients in another tool; it just keeps the integration very solid. It's deployed in the cloud. It is definitely easily scalable; it can go from a small hundred-seat clinic to multiple thousand users without any problem; it's very expandable. It is very stable; that's another plus for it.
