I use ManageEngine in several places right now. I have used ServiceDesk Plus for IT service management at several federally qualified health centers as well as private businesses. I use Epic Electronic Health Records for electronic health record and other different applications for electronic health record, as well as Azure, Office, etc. We use Epic Electronic Health Records for electronic health record at federally qualified health centers. I use Epic Electronic Health Records' patient portal. The patient portal allows the patients to go in and look at their information where the provider posts it, making it definite ease of use. It depends on the clinic, but the analytics in Epic Electronic Health Records allows them to adjust operations on the fly because of the live data.
Right now Epic is a dominant part of our EHR (Electronic Health Record) covering the whole US plus about 18 European countries. They are in a very good position to make any decision in the future as far as being a leader in the field and driving the future development of healthcare record collection. Our regional infrastructure kind of has a lot of difficulties in going to the cloud and some of that is based on the business considerations of the health records field. It is the dominant application for medium and large hospitals in the US. Our primary use case is records management in hospitals but it extends to many other parts of hospital operations.
