Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The product is capable of acting in many different ways to help secure architecture.""The MAM applications of the product are great.""A valuable feature of Citrix Endpoint Management is that it's stable. The stability is not a challenge among the move to the cloud."

"The most valuable feature is the self-service, which lets users install their preferred application instead of installing all applications and filling the machine with junk.""Jamf cut the time it takes to deploy a new machine to a new user.""One of the key features that I liked the most and a lot of the customer value as well is the geofencing. Geofencing is geographical locations. If the device is on a particular premise, then the policy applies. And when the device is not there, the policy goes away.""Having the ability to automate our workflows has been great.""Being able to push out elevation policies to users on an Adhoc basis helps us when users are not in the office.""I found that automated enrollment is very powerful because you can bring standardization to the environment.""Jamf is stable, reliable, secure and you have lots of customization options.""Jamf has made it achievable for us to easily deploy & manage Apple devices anywhere in the world, without the need for hands-on assistance from IT staff."

Cons
"Requires integrating with ABM before enabling some of the features.""Citrix needs to improve the architecture. They also need to strengthen the application integration. They keep referring to some things to be required as security, and they keep selling the next level and on-premise separately. They should give the customer the opportunity to decide whether they want to use the next level on-premise or on-cloud, but they should not charge additional fees if the customer wants to deploy the next level on-premise because the customer is already being charged as the end user. They should allow next level on-premise optimization without any additional charges."

"We face issues when we do not have a script and have to write a script, we need to create extension attributes.""I would like to see tighter integration with Jamf Protect in the future releases of Jamf Pro.""Every once in a blue moon, we wind up with a rarely-seen superbug that takes support weeks to months to solve.""I am always complaining about the reporting side of things. I love how reporting lets us create custom reports, however, I also feel like it could use some updating.""The patch management is not automated in any way, and you have to do a lot of manual work to upload the current version of applications.""The response time for support could be significantly improved.""Jamf Pro currently is only used on Mac computers and could improve by having compatibility with other operating systems. We have to use other tools to manage our Windows and Android devices. There could be other improvements but I am still exploring and learning more about the features.""There's only one thing that I would like to see improved. It's potentially being worked on right now, actually. That is the ability to provide remote support access to use those devices. I'd like it to work in a similar manner to Desktop Central or other solutions like Team Viewer."
