Has helped me create clean and structured process maps with a simple setup experience
I have not explored ways Bizagi can be improved beyond creating maps. If I explore automation and integration with other processes, then I may be able to identify potential areas for improvement. I would appreciate additional features for the free version. Currently, the elements in a process map are limited to activities, decisions, flows, and start/end points. The decision map could be improved to allow more than three options at a decision point.

Facilitates task management with effective approval processes and modern integration capabilities
It facilitates processes by sending notifications to relevant individuals who need to take action regarding requests. There is a very good approval hierarchy in place. Ivanti Automation significantly simplifies IT infrastructure processes, handling access requests and facilitating various employee requests. It is also easy to integrate with many other tools, like Nintex and Azure DevOps, using APIs.

Pros

"The interface, design, and accessible user manuals to help get started using the solution are valuable features in Bizagi."

"The basic mapping feature is key for me; it's fantastic, it's easy to use and it's free."
"Bizagi is a very useful tool because it does not require you to program, and the user logic is very easy to understand, even for people who are not engineers nor developers."
"I like the ease of use and the fact that you can download and use their free version, which is unlimited."
"Bizagi is a very powerful business process management engine, and you can take very niche processes and map them completely using the Bizagi engine."
"Its cost is the most valuable; it is not as expensive, and it is also easy to make different types of processes for the users."
"It improves visibility and quality, and basically, it avoids human errors."
"It's easy for the IT admins at the company to use, it isn't hard to understand, and there are lots of features you can use out of the box."
"The most valuable feature of Ivanti Automation is the opportunity to use more or less any kind of scripting software."
"There is a very good approval hierarchy in place."

Cons

"The data in Excel that comes out after running the simulation is a bit complicated sometimes to interpret."
"The technical support is not fast enough and should be improved."
"Bizagi could be improved by more automation and machine learning. Now that I'm learning more about data analyzers, I'm realizing that many people have problems with data and how to understand them."
"The solution is a bit heavy on resources and has slowed down my computer."
"The solution's interface could be a bit more user-friendly and I would like to see more integrations with other Office products, not just Office 365."

"Its price can be improved. The price is high for the application as well as for maintaining and developing applications."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It has a very high price. Many clients complain about the price for maintaining the application on Bizagi."
"It is only necessary to pay for licenses when ready to deploy applications to production."
"My company uses the free version of the product."
"It is expensive."
"If they can freeze the pricing in a contract, I advise them to do so."
"When we were working with the on-premises solution, the licenses were a little bit expensive because we had to buy one by one a package of a hundred licenses, whereas now, we are working with the cloud solution, and it has a different cost. It's a different business model because we pay the license for the developers, but the cost is by the environment, and we have unlimited licenses. The business model is different now, but the benefit ratio is good."
"The price could be lower."
"The modeling part of the software is free. Most of the time, it is used for this purpose."
"My customers do direct sales with Ivanti, and they complain that Ivanti Automation is more expensive than other solutions."
