Provides a lifetime warranty, is reliable, has good technical support, and includes security features
The stability is excellent. It comes with a lifetime warranty. Even if you're going through a difficult patch. If there is a failure in that scenario, it is very minor. We were never encountered that, but If it happens, it's probably due to a web party, such as a power fluctuation. Even our power supply includes a hardware replacement. As a result, there are no issues with the even power supply's lifetime warranty. In the general market, other competitor products, the power supply will not be covered, even though we are covering the power supply with a hardware replacement warranty. Which is where we have an advantage. Security features are included.

Easy for us to apply and change parameters or consult the quality
I recommend using Ruckus. First of all, the cost and the price are okay compared to Cisco or Huawei. Secondly, the use is easy, and we have a significant result in terms of quality and signal level. We use it as an access point to provide Internet coverage for the public We have a few on-site…

Pros

"The stability is excellent."
"When you go on the website, everything is clear and you don't have to ask questions."
"Ruckus Wireless WAN is promoted to all our customers because it is the number one product for the hospitality sector."
"One of its notable advantages lies in the superior performance of its antennas and radios."
"We found the technical support to be helpful."
"The best feature of Ruckus Wireless WAN apart from its seamless roaming feature where you roam beautifully on the network is its analytics tool that gives you so much insight into your deployment, so it has become more of a business intelligence type of tool as well. I also like that Ruckus Networks, in terms of WiFi security issues on the WiFi protocols, is also the first company to give you notices of security issues, and also the first to provide patches for those issues. Ruckus Wireless WAN is very proactive and much, much faster than Cisco, Aruba, and Meraki."
"Tech support is good."
"The most valuable features include the insights provided by the tool, its easy deployment, the sturdy and reliable hardware, and the quick and smooth RMA process. It is one of the top wireless vendors with very few issues to support."
"The most valuable solution is its simplicity. The solution is simple and easy to use."
"One of the best features of Ruckus Wireless WAN that customers are interested in is the adaptive antenna called BeamFlex. Ruckus Wireless WAN also has the best management platform, and even if there are thousands of users of the solution, it's very easy to manage on Ruckus Wireless WAN. It can also support third-party equipment. It's an all-in-one solution and it has IoT and secure access capabilities. Upgrading the network to Ruckus Wireless WAN is also easy."

Cons

"I would like to see something for remote working."
"The price could be reduced."
"Alcatel-Lucent Teldat needs to reduce its price."
"The solution needs to offer more analytics."
"The initial setup is complex."
"The solution could be more stable."
"The direct support needs improvement."
"The wireless access should be simplified."
"There is a significant issue with wireless functionality in Apple devices, particularly during video calls."
"They could include a firewall feature in the next release but even there it's not really necessary"
"The connectivity and mobility for users could be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I don't find this solution expensive but pricing is relative."
"The solution's licensing costs are one-time. It is not expensive. I rate its pricing a four out of ten. It provides us with a lifetime warranty."
"There is a one-time licensing fee. There is no need to renew it."
"You have to pay for the controller with Ruckus, whereas with Ubiquiti, it comes for free."
"We have to pay annually for the cloud licenses, so I think it'll be about 5,000 pounds a year moving forwards."
"The price of Ruckus Wireless WAN is in the middle price range compared to competitors. You will find Cisco is the most expensive, the second is HPE and Aruba, and the third is Ruckus Wireless WAN. You then have all the follower solutions."
"Sometimes they sell it for Rs.20,000, and other times, they sell it for Rs.30,000. Then, suddenly, they ask for Rs.70,000. There should be a tiered pricing structure based on the quantity. We understand that if you buy more, the price should be lower, and if you buy less, it may be higher."
"This product is worth the money that is spent on licensing fees."
"The solution is a little pricey, so customers sometimes select other products because of the price."
"The cost is quite high, and over the past year, there has been a substantial increase, nearly reaching around seventy percent."
"The solution is very competitively priced."
