Streamlined customer onboarding has reduced processing time from days to under an hour
There are several phenomenal features in Adobe Sign, and for me personally, the web forms feature is one of the best because it allows flexibility and the ability for signers to access the documents remotely without having to be sent a document for signature. All they need is a link or a QR code to the actual web form, which enables them to fill in and sign the document electronically on any device. The web forms feature has saved a lot of time and administration back and forth from a customer and supplier perspective. In general, it has added a whole level of efficiency for the organization as a whole. As mentioned with the customer registration document, Adobe Sign has greatly improved efficiency for the processing of customer registration documents. Previously, the process took potentially anything up to 10 working days, but with the current process in place, it has been minimized down to less than 60 minutes.

Automated NDA workflows have streamlined contract drafting and approvals for my team
The best features Ironclad offers are that it is very easy to use and very easy to customize; you do not need to be a developer to customize it and to create your own workflows. When I say it is easy to customize, I mean creating the questions and creating the conditions in the template. For example, if you have different businesses and depending on the type of business, you want to customize a document such as an NDA, it is quite easy to do it by yourself inside Ironclad. Ironclad has impacted my organization positively because it is more efficient, allowing us to spend less time on easy tasks and therefore spend more time on more complex tasks. I would estimate 15 to 20% time saved on our side indicates the efficiency gains.

Cons

"The support could improve in Adobe Sign."
"It is hard to keep up with continuous improvements."
"Last year we were informed that the integration between SharePoint and Adobe Sign was expiring in July 2024, prompting us to create a Power Automate flow to automate agreements in Adobe Sign using Power App and Power Automate flow inbuilt with the SharePoint site."
"The solution could always be more secure."
"The UI has room for improvement."
"One limitation of Adobe Sign is the restriction of adding only one email address for an Adobe Sign account. This can cause issues at times because Adobe Sign does not permit multiple signed accounts with the same email address."
"The solution's UI can be made simpler and easy to use so that I can have the option to make changes if needed."
"The price of the solution could improve for certain plans."
"Ironclad can be improved by integrating with artificial intelligence; it does already, but it is not really useful at the moment as it has many bugs and a lot of inaccuracy."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Adobe Sign is not expensive, but it is premium-priced based on the specific features required. The value you get from the numerous features and free unlimited support, including expert advice, is worth considering when looking for value for money. Unlike licensed components, when you purchase Adobe Sign, you're not just buying support; hence, you won't be faced with any unexpected licensing costs for additional support."
"The free edition allows us to use the signature feature."
"One area where there is room for improvement is the pricing of the entry-level plans. If you have minimal requirements for electronic signatures, the initial plans may not be suitable for SMBs as they may appear expensive. However, once you start using Adobe Sign, you can see a positive return on investment. Nonetheless, the pricing of the entry-level plans could be improved to cater to businesses with lower signing needs."
"As of now, there are no monthly expenses involved in the solution."
