Focused on inventory and accounting production; valuable inventory control and sales recording
The Acumatica features I found most valuable are inventory control and sales recording Additional features I would like to see in the next release are more flexible reporting options. I would specifically benefit from the ability to create comparative reports for many months instead of having to…

One area for improvement is the portal capability, which is a bit restricted technically. You cannot make all of the configurations on the portal as you can on the desktop or cloud version. This can be frustrating because if we implement a functionality on the desktop version, recreating the same functionality on the portal can be difficult, sometimes even encountering limitations that prevent certain functionalities. The integration is very flexible and supports all modern capabilities, although I don't believe it can integrate with AI systems yet, but that might be coming. Creatio Sales itself already has built-in AI capabilities. Otherwise, I don't see many areas for improvement, aside from possibly improving the performance of the user interface, as navigating can be a bit slow. The reliability and accuracy of Creatio Sales's AI outputs also need improvement. I have researched and tested it a bit, and sometimes the AI answers the same question differently. This indicates it does not always provide correct answers or perform the right actions, but it is improving with every new iteration.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The way everything integrated well with everything else was most valuable. We had one solution for everything, from the first phone call down to follow-up visits for wholesale callers and for just regular purchases."
"This solution supports multiple branches."
"When comparing to other tools such as Salesforce, which I find complicated to work with personally, Sales Creatio's modules are easier to use with drag and drop functionality and configuration options."
"The no-code capabilities make it very easy for the customer to understand how they should structure their requirements and what the outcome will be."
"Some of the best features of Sales Creatio are end-user ease of use, user interface, and speed of data entry, and the abundance of features at a very low cost is also notable."
"With Sales Creatio, you can have a customer service review, and it is GDPR compliant."
"Intuitive, low-code CRM platform that's easy to integrate and use."
"The initial setup for Creatio is not complicated because they have a big department called Creatio Academy, which provides many materials, including videos and PDF files with step-by-step instructions."
"With Sales Creatio, utilization was improved by 80%, the database is clean and alive with usage every day, and my team loves this solution, both mobile and Windows."
"Creatio’s sales functionality is built on a scalable and user-friendly platform to improve workflow efficiencies and streamline employee communications."

Cons

"It is very expensive for a small business."
"We should be able to personalize it for the company. There should be more customization of the pages so that they seem more like a company rather than as an outside company. We should be able to change company images and things like that and do this kind of personalization."
"For support, we go through a distributor, and the support we receive from them is much better than what we would from Acumatica directly. When we went to Acumatica support directly, we were not happy with it."
"The solution doesn't have features to break down the structure for multiple people in the project."
"Again, honestly, I'm not benefiting from the product the way I should because I don't have a dedicated person to work on it and customize it."
"There is still some room for improvement in the overall look and feel of the software."
"The reliability and accuracy of Creatio Sales's AI outputs also need improvement."
"Out of the box connectors are great, but the ability of what is there versus other CRMs is limited."
"The biggest area of improvement for me is the mobile app. Creatio has moved towards this composable architecture and user interface, and it looks good and works well on a laptop or tablet. But the mobile app could be improved."
"On the sales side, I would like to see a CPQ product, and on the services side, I'd like to see more of a field service automation feature."
"The mobile application gave us many issues as it appeared poorly developed. The client was not satisfied with the mobile application and raised concerns about it."
"To benefit from this software you need to have somebody dedicated to customizing the features you're looking for and, to be honest, I do not have time to focus only on that."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It is very expensive for a small business. If you're a small business, it is not a very good solution in that aspect, but if you are big and have more manufacturing, it is well worth it. It comes with the ability to integrate with one website. We had to modify ours. We customized it so that we could do hundreds of websites. In Texas, I believe that we were the only one ever to be integrated with hundreds of websites. So, the development of our API probably cost us a hundred grand, and then there would be maintenance. That's all outside of the standard licensing fee."
"Creatio's most basic plan, which has Growth, Enterprise, and Ultimate, I use the Enterprise version. It's a fully-featured CRM that includes sales, marketing, and service, along with the studio product."
"Sales Creatio's enterprise version is $60 per user per month. Other leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for sales automation, such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Oracle, are about $150 to $200 a month, and Creatio is $60."
"Pricing for this solution is more affordable than Salesforce, and the costs are upfront."
"Compared to Salesforce and other applications, Sales Creatio is a cost-effective solution."
