Great monitoring and chat features

What is our primary use case?

I mainly use Comm100 for live chat between users.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable features are the ability to monitor users and to have a real-time internal chat with someone while they're chatting with someone on the outside.

What needs improvement?

The system's stability could use an upgrade, it has a tendency to glitch sometimes.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using Comm100 for a year and a half.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

If you're thinking about implementing Comm100, spend some time playing with it and understanding all the features because there are lots of them. I'd rate it as eight out of ten.
