CloudAware should enhance their customer support by adding an FAQ and knowledge base section to address commonly asked queries. Phone support should also be available 24/7, especially on weekends, as immediate resolution of issues can streamline processes significantly.

CloudAware is very stable in my experience, showing no major outages despite the numerous integrations we currently handle and is definitely stable and scalable.

CloudAware's scalability is excellent, capable of integrating over 80 AWS services effortlessly. We currently utilize around 40 services without experiencing any slowdowns, even during peak usage times.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support from CloudAware is good, with 24/7 live chat available; however, they lack phone support during weekends. They have been helpful, especially during compliance-related inquiries.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Before CloudAware, we used different internal solutions, including ManageEngine, which was too costly at $300 per month per user for our needs. Afterward, we tried Skrūt Automation for a year but encountered issues, and we also evaluated Sprinto before ultimately deciding that CloudAware met our requirements best.
