I use the platform to track IT assets, including who they belong to and their current status.

I do not find the product beneficial. It has ongoing issues and does not meet my expectations.

The two systems within Asset Manager do not synchronize properly. Queries fail to retrieve the correct information, and the discovery tool does not accurately reflect the details of devices. Additionally, customizing fields and roles is cumbersome, making it inefficient.

I have general experience using Ivanti Asset Manager. I have been using it for approximately two years and continue to use it.

The product's stability in terms of uptime is generally good; it is always operational. However, the accuracy of the information it provides is questionable.

The product scalability is limited. Customizations are cumbersome, and the system is not user-friendly. Previous solutions I have used, such as Quest, were more intuitive and easier to modify.

While they respond and attempt to assist, they do not address the core issues effectively. Support personnel often lack cross-training between modules, leading to fragmented problem resolution.

The return on investment for the ITAM portion of Asset Manager is poor. Although the ticketing system is effective, the ITAM functionality is inadequate and does not justify the cost.

Significant improvements would need to be made before AI could be effectively utilized. The ITAM portion is particularly lacking in functionality and usability.

I would rate Asset Manager a three out of ten. 

We use it to track all our information technology assets, especially desktops and laptops.

The solution is easy to setup. 

The synchronization between the ITAM and Neurons should be restored. 

I have been using Ivanti Asset Manager for a couple of months. 

The stability issue only lies with the synchronisation between ITAM and Neurons. 

It is a scalable solution. Presently, 8,000 users use the solution. 

The technical support for the managed service is excellent as it is managed by the local SI. But they are not resolving the advantage principle problem. 

The initial setup was straightforward. But after the successful setup, they did some new upgrades, and the synchronization between ITAM and Neurons was scrapped. The deployment took three months and required a lot of people. 

The implementation was done by third party vendor. 

The solution is reasonably priced. 

I rate the overall solution a three out of ten.
