We encountered a lot of challenges, and it took around six months with Hitachi technical experts to get everything in place, especially with performance tuning. I would rate the easiness of the initial setup as a one out of ten. Deploying Hitachi was quite resource-intensive for us. Initially, we engaged a couple of business partner experts for setup, and later, two to three engineers were consistently involved in addressing issues, performing performance tuning, and collaborating with their engineering team. The deployment phase involved ongoing challenges, requiring constant attention. As for maintenance, we found that having a team of two people was sufficient to manage and maintain the Hitachi system effectively.
