Certain information is missing in the solution. We need to find out where the information is because we have several applications. We're using different tools like tracking systems, exploring workforce management, and also using payroll, which is another tool, so we need to know where exactly the information is present. This feature needs improvement in the next release.

The solution's interface is really, really old and requires improvements. Furthermore, integrations with other systems and tools that a company may be using, including calendars, email templates, and phone support, are necessary. Cornerstone should consider evaluating the technology they use for their product since it seems outdated to me. However, I am not a technical expert, so I cannot say. Cornerstone should use newer technologies to improve its UI, UX, and content.
The recruitment module can be improved and also the general reporting can be improved. The programming interfaces should be extended to cover more functionality. Also, the mobile apps should cover more functionalities.
