It is a straight process. The only challenges come at the beginning of working with the system, before understanding how it works. Some training or reading documentation is necessary. Zoho Cloud has worked seamlessly. It is easy to draw reports, fetch data, and access everything on your mobile phone. The pricing of Zoho Books is fair for any small or mid-sized company or SMEs. The pricing is reasonable because you just set up and go. I have majorly worked with medium and small businesses with Zoho Books, and it works perfectly with them. My overall rating for Zoho Books is 9 out of 10.
SAP usage depends on the client systems as we don't use it ourselves, so I cannot say anything about the usage for as a company. I'm not using it for tax management either.
