Nutanix Disaster Recovery as a Service Reviews

We are a hosting provider organization. Host servers are hosted in our data center, and we have the DC and DR solutions at different locations. We have 4 data centers in different countries.

We have scheduled the DR snapshot every 3 minutes. If anything goes wrong with a virtual machine, we can retrieve that virtual machine from the DR site. We have the data for up to three weeks.

If anything goes wrong with a site or there is a disaster in the data center, we can retrieve the whole data center from the secondary side that has the whole DR snapshot.

It is a very secure and scalable solution, and their support is also outstanding.

The management of the environment is straightforward. 

I no longer have to deal with a storage area network in addition to a server-level platform. All of these things have been combined into a single tool.

The ability to patch and manage the environment has proven extremely beneficial. Hyper-convergence gives me the ability to patch my firmware, software, and hypervisors with a single click. That is extremely useful.

It's pretty good, I like the product.

Our primary use case for Nutanix Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) is to protect our data. We initially purchased the tool for one of our servers hosted on AWS. However, we have since migrated that server to our on-premises environment to save costs on cloud services.

The platform's most valuable feature is cluster management.

The most valuable feature is its simplicity.

I have been using Nutanix Disaster Recovery as a Service for two years.

Nutanix creates data centers to provide disaster recovery to customers. This product will reboot the customer's machines on a specific data center from Nutanix, if needed, in case of disaster.

I think that Nutanix should support public clouds instead of the Nutanix data centers. I think they should no longer invest in data centers and make that available for the public cloud. A customer can choose another way from Azure, but I'm not sure if Xi Leap has that functionality or not. I know the idea is to completely decommission that product.

Normally, we do replications for our Nutanix HPE for certain customers.

The configuration can be handled without any issues. 

We're quite comfortable with the dashboard and the GUI. It's rather user-friendly.

The solution is stable. 

It's a product that scales well. 

We've found technical support to be helpful. 

We use the solution for compliance. 

The tool's most valuable feature is ease of use. We can provide reports to customers. Its integrations are good.
