We basically install a configuration profile of the corporate data, including emails and other permitted apps. When the person leaves the job, we securely remove those corporate details and company details from that phone with just one click, so they don't have any email access once they leave the job.

You can use the phone as a Knox to just show one tab or even one app when they open up the phone and block everything else, such as the camera, the internet, Safari, or Chrome, or whatever browser, and the copy features. It goes very granular and in-depth, depending on what the company requirements are. Based on that, I provision the configuration profiles for the users and then deploy them. There are several ways to deploy that as well, such as sending an email, sending a text message with the user-specific credentials, or using NFC codes where the user scans the barcode, and it picks up the profile and does its magic. If it's a brand new machine, you can even tie that configuration profile to the MAC address, and the moment you power it on, the profile installs immediately with all the restrictions the company wants the user to have.
