It comes with options like threat-intelligence and web/application filtering. Hardware capacity and innovation stand out. Effective and responsive technical support is provided, but the SSL VPN license cost is high, and usage reporting is basic. Price and support need improvement, and it lacks a built-in web proxy unlike Sophos.
