We're currently also using Spring Boot and need to decide whether we'll go with that or with MicroProfile. We don't yet have sufficient familiarity with MicroProfile but I prefer using it.
Installation of our current project will probably take a couple of months because the customer has a three-layer environment. The deployment is carried out in conjunction with the customer's IT department and our team. Some of our customers have 100 users and others have 1,000. We have a maintenance contract with our customers.
This is currently an open-source solution.
